Gareth is a great guy and every time has provided outstanding service. The advice provided is genuine and very helpful. The customer service provided from Gareth, is as if you are a member of his family, so the best service ever.

Guy who cut my hair was really nice, actually listened to what I wanted and helped me understand how to do different things with my hair - can’t remember his name but he was brilliant

The lovely Monique did a wedding trial appointment for me and did a fantastic job with different styles based on my ideas. She did exactly what I asked for and was so lovely and friendly and I’m really looking forward to her doing my hair on my wedding day.

Staff who worked on my hair were great , a little annoying though that the I was told when I came into book that a 25%discount would be applied on the treatment (which was a new offer) and I wasn't advised that this was not the case until I came to pay .. the ladies excuse was that she was rushing that day because she had a course ??! Aside from that mistake which resulted in me paying more than I expected, the hair service itself was good although I felt it was rushed

As always, wonderful customer service and a fabulous cut and blow. Charlotte has a done a great job and I am very happy. Lovely salon.

I have my haircut by Adam, today was about the third time and i’ll definitely be booking with him again.
Gives awesome cuts, does great fades, always listens to what you want and seems to find it easy to understand what you’re after.
The rest of the staff are all really friendly as well and the salon has a good vibe.
Whatever he’s paid it’s not enough!

A great visit to Tony and guy. Always feel like you are getting individual attention and time, (with out being kept hanging around) not like other salons I've been to. A great result, I'm really pleased with the colour.. A fabulous, friendly team.

Colour done today. I’m a repeat client and I keep returning to this salon because the colourist, phill, is always reliable, professional and a very good explainer! The whole staff are welcoming and are an excellent team.

I have been coming to see lucie for a while now every few weeks, she is the best hair colourist I’ve ever been to. She understands exactly what I want. I would highly recommend the entire team. They go out of their way to make you feel so speacial and pampered.

Adam was brilliant, he asked all the right questions listened really carefully to my concerns and made a very nervous customer feel very relaxed - my hair looks brilliant as well. I will definitely be back when I return to Didsbury.

Really delighted with the shape Alma created. Came in yesterday afternoon and she really listened to what I thought about my hair first and foremost. Then she gently made suggestions. Very pleased with the style.
