I have seen Elle a couple of times, always friendly, chatty and sincere even when she has probably had a long day and is utterly shattered. For someone so young she comes across as having quite a mature head on her shoulders which helps you to feel at ease and makes conversation a more pleasant experience. My hair style is not what I asked for at all .. a trim is all I wanted , I’ve come away with my hair being cut far too short and choppy, I hate it. I did clarify I wanted to keep the length as I’m growing my hair.

Was not happy this time round got in at 11 and did not get out till after 1 o’clock hair dry was left on to long now my head is very itchy and I thought I paid to much as I did not have a cut only roots and wash and blow so won’t be coming back come for hight lights and never got what I book in for but was in over 2 hours this time round better the first time round as got my head massage and a was happy that is why I come back

I left with out the correct colour due to the first colour applied was not what I asked for and the second colour caused me chemical burn - I left and it was “ok” but I do not like the red tone in the colour but couldn’t be toned down due to the burn. But even after I was never offered to come back another day to be rectified and still paid £236 for a colour I’m not happy with. And will not have to pay again to have it fixed.
