Once again I had a very pleasant couple of hours at the salon, where I felt pampered and relaxed with a couple of coffees and some magazines to read. Sarah did an excellent job on my precision cut and highlights, and I now wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you are unsure about where to get your hair done, then I highly recommend Anthony for Hair.

I visited this salon with the hope of embracing my natural hair colour, wanting to feel empowered and confident in my own skin. However, the experience was incredibly disappointing. Instead of enhancing my natural shade, I ended up with a red colour that was never discussed or agreed upon. It felt like my preferences weren’t respected or even considered.
While I was given a full refund, there was no apology for the mistake, which I found surprising and disheartening. A simple acknowledgment of the error would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, it felt as though if you’re not earning megabucks or seen as a high-spending client, you don’t get treated with the same care or consideration.
As women, we should be lifting each other up, supporting one another’s choices, and encouraging individuality—not dismissing it. I left the salon feeling unheard and undervalued, which no one should have to experience after something as personal as a hair appointment. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in how all clients are treated, regardless of their budget.

First time going since the new refurbishment it is looking great loved the new back wash. Kelly squeezed me in after having to cancel my appointment last minute just in time for new years. Had a wash and blow wave at the salon this morning. Greeted by Nikki who has a lovely welcoming demeanor. Offered me a drink whilst I was waiting. Noticed the salon is being refurbished is going to be amazing from my first impressions. Loved the new chairs at the sink a lovely touch you can lie back with your feet up whilst enjoying a lovely head massage. Only had a wash and blow but enjoyed the experience.
