I visited this salon with the hope of embracing my natural hair colour, wanting to feel empowered and confident in my own skin. However, the experience was incredibly disappointing. Instead of enhancing my natural shade, I ended up with a red colour that was never discussed or agreed upon. It felt like my preferences weren’t respected or even considered.
While I was given a full refund, there was no apology for the mistake, which I found surprising and disheartening. A simple acknowledgment of the error would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, it felt as though if you’re not earning megabucks or seen as a high-spending client, you don’t get treated with the same care or consideration.
As women, we should be lifting each other up, supporting one another’s choices, and encouraging individuality—not dismissing it. I left the salon feeling unheard and undervalued, which no one should have to experience after something as personal as a hair appointment. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in how all clients are treated, regardless of their budget.

First time going since the new refurbishment it is looking great loved the new back wash. Kelly squeezed me in after having to cancel my appointment last minute just in time for new years. Had a fantastic visit to the salon today for a cut and blow by Ellie. Ellie was so lovely and friendly listened to what I wanted and advised where needed. Ellie gave the most amazing hair wash and head massage. Very pleased with the results. 😊

Having a regular stylist that knows your hair, makes a difference, the recent refurb looks cosy so far, with the wood trim and soft lighting. Always happy with my cut. Warm and friendly team. Highly recommend!!!!!
