Charlotte has saved my bad hair misery that I’ve been having for months! She knew immediately what was wrong with my previous cut and suggested a few options for me. She is amazing at her job! I cannot recommend her enough!! She is a fantastic stylist!

I've been going to Lauren for several years - she's a fab stylist with loads of experience and understands exactly how you want your hair to look. I like the atmosphere at FIXX - Julie on reception is so friendly and making sure you've got everything you need. Can't recommend them highly enough

The whole experience was superb... Customer care is second to none from everyone that I met and dealt with. Lauren's enthusiasm, dedication, creative desire was obviously as soon as I met here and it was a pleasure letting her work her magic... She certainly made me feel beautiful when she finished my cut and style... Would highly recommend her or any of the team depending on your needs/wants

I've been going to Fixx for donkeys' years. I enter the salon looking a right mess and come out looking 10 years younger.

I always receive a warm welcome, the coffee machine works every time, the cut is brilliant and the chat is always uplifting.

Came out of hairdresser’s with a smile on my face despite the bad weather: Lauren did her wonders again. Feeling young and modern.

I’ve been a customer since FIXX opened. There is always a friendly welcome from Julie, the receptionist and drinks are offered. There is an opening discussion with the stylist about how the previous cut has been for the client and about whether the client wants to make changes. I don’t want to spend ages on my hair at home. The excellent haircut Lauren gives me allows me to wash and go at home. Perfect. I am in my 70s but I never feel out of place in the salon and I always feel fabulous with my “new hair..”
