Esente Hair

I came to Darren for a consultation a few weeks back having been so disappointed with the previous 3 salons I had visited! I was nervous to get my hair coloured again after multiple mishaps and hair disasters. Darren instantly made me feel at ease and gave me confidence he knew exactly what he was doing. He talked me through each step he was going to follow and the results we would achieve. Darren, you were spot on and I can’t thank you enough for my new, healthy blonde hair and cut to suit my fine hair and face - I absolutely love it!! Also a huge thank you for taking the time to teach me how to blow dry my hair type properly from home, and the advise on which products work best for my hair type (without trying to sell me something from the salon!) You were so attentive to detail, gentle and your passion to ensure I left happy was made clear from the start -also very impressed with the hygiene measures in place and the massage chairs!! Came in for a hair consultation as a new client and was able to talk about options and get honest advice. Rebecca is very friendly and professional, she listens to exactly what you are saying and also explains the process your hair will go through. As I want to colour my hair from dark to light, I was able to get a skin and strand test and am currently awaiting advice on the colours and how long my appointment (including styling) will be before going ahead. Its super promising. The salon itself is beautiful. Looking forward to see the results.

Brilliant . . Felt very safe as so much care taken re Covid. Great service as ever. Atmosphere so good that it lifts the spirits. as well as the feel good factor of a visit to a perfect salon.

I always love Becky cutting my hair. She is super nice, listens and gives great advice on what will suit my very thick hair. Love my haircut.

Esente is still managing to provide excellent, friendly service and have efficiently adopted the Covid rules so you hardly notice a difference to your Esente experience.
