Frankie is mature beyond her years, polite and friendly without overstepping the boundaries. She is a very good hairdresser, she listens, and cuts and colours my hair really well. The service is value for money . I left my previous hairdresser because they became stupidly overpriced. Delighted to recommend Frankie - and as a side note, she is also trained to cut men’s hair.

I cannot thank Joe enough for his kindness, care and expertise this morning. I came away feeling uplifted and reassured and am extremely grateful to Joe and his team for all they do. Thank you so much, you very lovely people.

Came in feeling dull and dowdy and left feeling amazing. The team were friendly and chatty and not in anyway pushy. Frankie listen to my requests and gently guided me through the process. Ruby took great care of my rinse cut and style I feel great.

This was my first visit to Esente and I was really impressed. I am currently growing my hair into a new style and Darren immediately understood what I was trying to achieve. He gave me a really precise cut that works for my hair as it now and that will also keep its shape as my current style grows out. He also explained how my hair naturally grows from the crown and how best to style it. I will definitely be back.

Darren is a true hair ARTIST!! He has been cutting and highlighting my hair for 34 years and always makes my hair look and feel fabulous.

My daughter and I changed hairdressers nearly 2 years ago and have not regretted the decision. Everyone at the salon is very friendly. Frankie does an excellent cut, she listens to your requests regarding hair cuts and is very approachable and a good conversationalist.

This is on behalf of mum, who had had a very poor haircut (NOT by Esente!) that needed rectifying. Darren was immediately aware of what needed to be done and gave mum some great advice about how to maintain and look after her hair.
