Fabulous to be back in Esente with Heather, Joe and the team.

Lovely cut ! I have long flowing hair and it looks really tidy now after 6 months of lockdown !

The salon is very professional and I look forward to my regular appointments like a spa visit. Everyone is very kind, professional and has great skill. It’s lovely to catch up with Heather, who always remembers the last conversation we had. She gives me a great cut after my highlights from Becky. I can highly recommend both!

I have been getting highlights for 18 years and Becky has done the best job by far. She manages to make your hair look naturally lighter ??!

Today was my 4th visit to this salon .... I originally found them through Joe’s Haireborn charity. I used coldcap throughout my chemotherapy and lost a lot of my usually long, thick, glossy hair - it destroyed my confidence. After my first visit to Joe I left the salon with a spring in my step and felt so much better about my hair regrowth.
I left the salon today after a colour by Becky and my cut and blow dry by Joe - I felt amazing !! It looks and feels amazing !!
I highly recommend this gem of a salon - a lovely atmosphere, attentive friendly staff ... a real sanctity to relax whilst your hair is done.

I felt confident with Heather, she always does a wonderful job of my hair, but I have been nervous about going out due to Covid19 but I feel very relaxed and safe at Esente.

My lock down hair was looking really drab but Heather did her magic and made it look lovely again. Very happy!

.. to be back in the salon and see the lovely team laughing and chatting. Joe, who kindly rang us all, in great form- as if no care in the world ! Thank you for making life fun and almost ‘normal’ again !

I spent years being a promiscuous commitment-phobe when it came to my hair, but all that changed when I met the follicle-love-of-my-life, Heather. I am proud to say we have now been happily engaged in a beautiful cut and colour based relationship for 4 solid years. Trust me when I say, for me, that’s like a diamond wedding anniversary. She is so so talented, so so lovely and wonderful to talk to (very important in a hairdresser). The salon, Joe, all support staff and team, have always made me feel so welcome. I love it there. Becky was so calm and reassuring. My hair was totally impossible. I haven’t been able to get to my hairdresser since lockdown. Becky looked at a photo but cut my hair her own way and it is a joy. Such a relief. She is a very skilful stylist and lovely to talk to.

What a lovely salon, stylish and an extremely calm environment .. it was like a spa day with the massage chair in the wash room and Darren is extremely professional and the best hair dresser I know .. after 20 year of knowing each other he just gets better and better

Heather is a colour genius. Simple as that. Everyone who works at this salon is amazing at their job and the whole team are exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. Best hair wash and head massage I have had for ages! Thank you guys.

I just love that Grace loves going to the hairdresser and that she has Becky as her hairdresser! Becky is brilliant at doing Grace’s hair while somehow doing what both Grace and I would like - which can’t be easy! Thanks Becky!!

I am extremely pleased with my new haircut and colour. Becky was friendly and professional throughout and made me feel very comfortable during the process. I am used to attending salons which are intimidating and unfriendly (!) but this salon is the complete opposite - feels warm and friendly from the minute you walk in. I’ve been going to Esente for just under a year and I am so glad I chose to get my hair done here. My stylist, Darren, has transformed my dry, brittle, straw-like hair! It is so much healthier looking and feeling! Darren is a color specialist and really knows what he’s doing! I’ve also learned a lot from him on how to take care of my hair properly! He really cares about what he’s doing and it shows! I really like the salon as a whole! Everyone is on board with treating you like they care and want you to look and feel your best! The head massages during the wash and condition are the icing on the cake!

Visited the salon 8/10/2020, excellent hair colour service by the above-mentioned and a relaxing hair wash and head massage by the trainee. Very pleased with the end result.

Walking into the Esente salon you feel welcomed and very safe. When you walk out you have had a very enjoyable time and the best haircut and blow dry a woman could want. Esente is exceptional! Thank you.

It was my first time at Esente. The salon was clean and well equipped with the current covid environment and I felt secure with the measures taken. Darren was fantastic, friendly and professional from the start till the end and is clearly very knowledgeable about the head and hair. He delivered an amazing stylish hair cut and offered various tips about caring for my hair which was very much appreciated. Thank you, Darren and Esente.

I had such a positive experience at Esente and have been given the nicest balayage and cut by Becky who took the time to listen to what i wanted and offered ideas on colours. I'm so happy with the result!
The entire team were professional and as a new client I felt instantly at ease.

Joe is a great cutter, is very welcoming and receptive; has immediate pick-up and goes to with great enthusiasm and finesse.

I came to Darren for a consultation a few weeks back having been so disappointed with the previous 3 salons I had visited! I was nervous to get my hair coloured again after multiple mishaps and hair disasters. Darren instantly made me feel at ease and gave me confidence he knew exactly what he was doing. He talked me through each step he was going to follow and the results we would achieve. Darren, you were spot on and I can’t thank you enough for my new, healthy blonde hair and cut to suit my fine hair and face - I absolutely love it!! Also a huge thank you for taking the time to teach me how to blow dry my hair type properly from home, and the advise on which products work best for my hair type (without trying to sell me something from the salon!) You were so attentive to detail, gentle and your passion to ensure I left happy was made clear from the start -also very impressed with the hygiene measures in place and the massage chairs!! Came in for a hair consultation as a new client and was able to talk about options and get honest advice. Rebecca is very friendly and professional, she listens to exactly what you are saying and also explains the process your hair will go through. As I want to colour my hair from dark to light, I was able to get a skin and strand test and am currently awaiting advice on the colours and how long my appointment (including styling) will be before going ahead. Its super promising. The salon itself is beautiful. Looking forward to see the results.

Brilliant . . Felt very safe as so much care taken re Covid. Great service as ever. Atmosphere so good that it lifts the spirits. as well as the feel good factor of a visit to a perfect salon.

I always love Becky cutting my hair. She is super nice, listens and gives great advice on what will suit my very thick hair. Love my haircut.

Esente is still managing to provide excellent, friendly service and have efficiently adopted the Covid rules so you hardly notice a difference to your Esente experience.
