Good experience as always

My stylist was Rosie and my experience was nothing short of perfection. I have really long hair which takes forever to work with but she was very patient and took her time to make sure everything came out exactly how I wanted it. The attention to detail, the mannerism, professionalism, attitude, approach to clients, was *chefs kiss*. Im not usually one to leave reviews but I had to for this. I was really worried about my frizzy untamed hair, I told her exactly the style I was going for which was a challenge in itself as i wanted an effortless 90s blowout look but needed my hair up in a cap the whole day untill the event in which i would let it all out. She gave me her honest opinion on what would work best and I let her take the ropes, the outcome was even better than I had imagined, and I got so many compliments on my hair, all thanks to Rosie. I will definitely be booking with her again <3

This was my first time having Darren as my hairdresser and all i can say is that i am truly grateful i have found him! I have been looking for an incredible hairdresser for years and he was recommended to me by a friend. He is beyond professional (and also has a lovely personality), truly cares about his client and will tell you everything you need to know about hair. The result was STELLAR, he is a colour specialist and IT SHOWS! I love love looove the final result, the cut is amazing and i love my new colour. My hair has never felt smoother and healthy while looking absolutely fab. Don't even sweat it, Darren is your guy if you want to have the best hair! Truly grateful to him?

Excellent hair cut by truly kind people! The massage chairs that fully recline are such a treat. The oat cappuccino was a lovely touch. What a fantastic place!

My hair was very dry and mangled on arrival. Enjoyed a tasty coffee and soothing wash and head massage and emerged 40 mins later with a very sleek cut and excellent conditioning. Highly recommended.

My appointment was with Rosie. She is very polite and easy to chat with. The colour of my highlights looks fantastic and the cut is exactly as I asked for. There is not any mote I could have asked for out of my visit.

I had been long delayed in going to the salon due to family circumstances so Heather was faced with a challenge! But she was her usual delightful, cheery and highly professional self and did a wonderful job, both with highlights and a cut that left me feeling very much better than when I went in! I’m really pleased with the result. All the staff at Esente are so kind, friendly and professional, there is a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the massage chairs (when you get your fair washed) are beyond amazing. I highly recommend this salon and Heather in particular. Many thanks!

I have now been coming to Esente Hair for almost a year having switched from another local salon. I can honestly say that I have never felt so at ease and well looked after in a hair salon as I have at Esente. Becky has been wonderful in recommending how to deal with my hair and a great result each time. I have been thrilled with the service and would recommend Esente wholeheartedly to others.

Second haircut at Esente today with Darren and very pleased with the result and service. Darren is friendly and pleasant to be around, and listens attentively to all wishes/concerns/questions and offers precise advice. He clearly enjoys what he does and it shows in the results. Great shampoo too. Unfortunately did not catch the name of the lady but not a single instance of hair being tugged, which is very rare! All in all an excellent little neighbourhood salon and would recommend.

My sister had her hair done by Heather recently and I couldn’t stop thinking about how amazing it looked that I had to book myself in and I am SO glad I did!! Heather took her time to discuss what I wanted and listened completely to what I wanted and the results were exactly what I visioned!! I am definitely coming back - 5 stars Heather!! Becky did a fantastic job on my hair, it’s exactly what I wanted. I love my blonde highlights, and her recommendation of one part slightly darker tied it all together. Service in Esente is great, really comfortable and super friendly staff. Will be returning soon!
