Just moved to area. First time at Aurora for eyebrow threading. Aneta was professional, thoughtful, checked in with me on what I wanted and gave considered advice. The salon is clean fresh and pretty. Would recommend!

Amazing experience with the treatment radio frequency I noticed results tighten skin and lost inch in my lower abdomen and flanks , lovely stuff specially Zaneta , I don’t package treatment before my holiday I would like to do 2 more sessions after my holiday, great place I recommend

The salon and team are excellent. They are friendly and welcoming and have excellent knowledge about the different treatments. I have been to the salon many times and am always pleased with the treatments that I have received. I am always happy to go back and would highly recommend it.

There has been a change in ownership but the salon is largely the same. The treatment room was narrow but perfectly adequate. The therapist was knowledgeable.

I sadly didn’t ask for the woman who provided the service name but she was amazing and professional. learnt so much yesterday about my body from just a wax session! very nice and i was so happy with the results. Thank you so much❤️

I had a facial with Aurela today and it felt like the most relaxing and nourishing facial I’ve ever had. I felt incredibly relaxed and revitalised afterwards - my skin felt great! I really appreciated how Aurela prioritised my comfort and needs throughout, including ensuring that she wasn’t hurting me during extraction.

Christina has a great manner and was very professional, and is an excellent masseur.. Real attention to detail, and checked in with me to make sure everything was just right. I have now booked a package so I have massages more frequently. I’m sooo relaxed.

I’ve been visiting VERVENA in West Hampstead for more than 10 years. I’ve always tried to use the same fantastic consultant there but on the odd occasion when they are not available, all the other woman are as brilliant. I now see Zhanetta and she ensures I return again and again. Excellent beautician and always a real special treat every month.
