Very friendly environment. I am going to this beauty salon for almost 2 years now.

They changed name and staff however is still the same nice atmosphere. You feel relaxed with the beauty experts.

My beautician today was very friendly and cared about doing a good job .

The salon and team are excellent. They are friendly and welcoming and have excellent knowledge about the different treatments. I have been to the salon many times and am always pleased with the treatments that I have received. I am always happy to go back and would highly recommend it.

There has been a change in ownership but the salon is largely the same. The treatment room was narrow but perfectly adequate. The therapist was knowledgeable.

I sadly didn’t ask for the woman who provided the service name but she was amazing and professional. learnt so much yesterday about my body from just a wax session! very nice and i was so happy with the results. Thank you so much❤️

I had a CACI facial done with Zhanetta who was fantastic. She is very intuitive and I felt 10 years younger when I left the salon!

Not clear I paid for 45 minutes and I had just 30 minutes, very expensive for the time that the therapist spend with me.

I had a consultation for laser hair removal and I was really impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. She took her time to go through the risks and check for contraindications. Really impressed. Lovely friendly reception too.

I had a facial with Aurela today and it felt like the most relaxing and nourishing facial I’ve ever had. I felt incredibly relaxed and revitalised afterwards - my skin felt great! I really appreciated how Aurela prioritised my comfort and needs throughout, including ensuring that she wasn’t hurting me during extraction.

Christina has a great manner and was very professional, and is an excellent masseur.. Real attention to detail, and checked in with me to make sure everything was just right. I have now booked a package so I have massages more frequently. I’m sooo relaxed.

I’ve been visiting VERVENA in West Hampstead for more than 10 years. I’ve always tried to use the same fantastic consultant there but on the odd occasion when they are not available, all the other woman are as brilliant. I now see Zhanetta and she ensures I return again and again. Excellent beautician and always a real special treat every month.

Had some intense massage for head, shoulder and neck, lady who done my massage was awesome, knew what she was doing and it done the trick.

I enjoyed having a facial at Vervena.

Friendly and improvement on my complexion

My friend and I were booked in for a pedicure. We thought it would happen side by side but soon realised that was a misunderstanding. But Margaret still suggested ways to keep us together and made our experience getting pampered together more lively and pleasant. We could see that she was a natural at what she does. The pedicure Margaret gave was very relaxing with a lot of helpful pointers. We forgot to give this feedback to her that- maybe pedicure feels better on a chair than on a bed because of the positioning of the feet. I guess we were too busy feeling indulged by Margaret to highlight that. 5 stars to her though.

Lovely massage from Margaret. The massage was very relaxing and Margret was very attentive , choosing a nice relaxing scent, and even providing some euchalyptus as she noticed I had the sniffles! She worked at getting knots out from my shoulders and did some reflexology and explained after the massage what she'd done and how I'd feel after the massage
