So good to be back at Rock & Fairy! The team are so welcoming and such a fabulous buzz in the salon. Theresa did a fantastic job and love the outcome!

Very happy with my balayage and cut. Amie is lovely and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my hair, even when the salon was very busy post-lockdown. Very good customer service.

Honestly, I have been to so many hair salons in London over the last 18 years & have never been as happy as I am with Rock & Fairy. Amie is simply the best and makes me feel and look amazing! She really listens to what I want to do with my hair and really cares! I feel so relieved to finally have found a salon & hairdresser that I feel so happy & comfortable with! And I’d recommend for anyone to go there!

I have been visiting this salon since it opened and cannot recommend it highly enough... the vintage vibe is gorgeous, the atmosphere is always welcoming and the stylists are clearly besties yet also totally professional... most of all, they listen and CARE about the ‘look’ you’re after and are only happy if you’re happy! I have to make special mention of Amy - colour expert extraordinaire - while Lindzi’s cut and blow-drys leave you feeling like a million dollars :) ... in short, Rock & Fairy ROCKS! xx

Liz has been doing my hair for a few years now but today I gave her a real challenge - I’m having medical treatment which is causing my hair to fall out significantly, but at the same time some of it was long due to the pandemic. Liz worked a miracle giving me a stylish close crop that I might even choose once my hair grows back! Also, huge thanks to Chris for arranging for my hair to be cut in a secluded corner (I was feeling v self conscious!) Great salon, great staff.

I am so glad lockdown has lifted and we can finally return to Rock and Fairy. The place feels like a family - the staff build personal relationships with clients and remember the ups and downs of our lives, and it’s really appreciated. And they do fab hair too! Couldn’t recommend more!

I am a shy 23 year old. Lindzi made me feel great. I love my new cut and it has made me feel confident. I have had many compliments.

After waiting over four months to go to the hairdressers where else would I go. This is the top salon in Richmond in my opinion. Kelly has been cutting my hair for years. Fabulous haircut in an ever-wonderful salon. First week back after locldown 3 - every staff member was so welcoming. They are all working to high Covid-safe standards too. I felt safe and happy!

I absolutely love this salon, the decor, the music, the people but most of all what Theresa manages to do with my limp flat hair! Not only that, she’s so friendly and her pink hair and accessories will impress you every time. I walk out with such a bounce it’s amazing! Would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

Amazing colour by Kelly! ??‍♀️ The whole salon was great with such a lovely team! Everything was cleaned before and after, good ventilation and masks throughout! Felt very COVID safe the whole time- they are really doing everything they can to keep the staff and customers safe! Would really recommend ?

Great salon. The salon is welcoming and the staff are kind. They are experts in colour and cuts.

Unfortunately this is the second time I get an unsatisfactory result with my color. I wanted to bright my color a bit, due to my lack of organization (this is truly my fault) I only got a slot to do half head high lights.
Becca seemed to understand what I wanted but later on when I shared with her that the result is not what I wanted, I heard some strange reasons like “you need to book for balayage then not highlights”. Well I booked to get my color done, I leave it up to the experts (her) to choose the best technique to achieve it.
Some of my highlights love k like grey hair with no care rather than blond. Very disappointing.

It was an absolute treat to have my hair done, the colour is gorgeous and the cut is fab. Absolutely love Amie, she really takes the time to work out what would suit me and to make sure I’m comfortable throughout.

Amie is one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever had, she really takes the time to understand your needs and I leave with a stunning cut every time. Amie is super talented and we always have great conversation! Would highly recommend ?
