I’ve struggled for years to find a quality hair stylist in London and invariably would be forced to wait for a visit back home to visit my stylist there. Through a chain of events another mum mentioned she was attending Rock and Fairy so I jumped at the recommendation. I did not regret it! The customer service on the phone and in person is the best I’ve ever experienced. They were hugely accommodating with regard to my 6 week old baby attending with me and the cut! Well! I’m so incredibly pleased and have received a lot of compliments! Already booked to come back. Thank you Becca!

Really love this place...aime is great: listens to what i want (you'll be surprised how many times this hasn't happened at other places) and always checks that I'm happy and tweaks to suit as she goes...staff always really welcoming, and aime is so nice and friendly (all the covid necessities are in place too and fully adhered to) Highly recommend, in my experience i have nothing to fault!

I have been to Rock & Fairy many times, but wanted to share a recent experience where I felt the team really went out of their way to help me, when they themselves were trying to manage and juggle many things too.

I had an appointment booked two days before the last lockdown was announced. For personal reasons, having this appointment cancelled would have been a bigger deal than normal - I would have normally not really cared having to wait like everyone else. But, I called and explained my situation and the team fitted me in as pretty much the last customer before they had to close their doors.

This meant so much to me, more than the team will ever know. And when they had enough to organise and do, I appreciated them helping me in amongst all of that. Thank you!

Consistently fab - wouldn’t go anywhere else

My first salon experience after covid restrictions have been lifted slightly. I cannot express how happy I am with the outcome of my hair. After years of using box dyes, my hair was still full of lots of old colour. I decided to go for something different and wanted a balayage with golden/caramel colours. We were unsure if it would lift but the wonderful Amie worked her magic and my hair is honestly beautiful. On top of that, she was so accommodating to the fact I had to bring my 6 month old with me. It was lunch time for him and Amie worked around me to enable me to feed at the same time as having my hair done. What I thought would be a stressful experience, it was completely stress free. The salon has such a care free vibe and a positive buzz about the place. Music playing, happy faces everywhere and all the staff are just fantastic. I would highly recommend the salon to anyone and will definitely be back!

I love coming to Rock & Fairy. Everyone who works there is very friendly, it has a good atmosphere. I usually have Amie, who is lovely. I’ve never been disappointed with a cut or colour I have had there.
