This was my first visit to M G Hairdressing and I was very pleased. The ladies there are really lovely and very welcoming. And the lady that cut my hair understood exactly what I wanted, and did an excellent job. I will definately being back again.
I have been there for the first time, but I have enjoyed my experience there as a customer. I am really satisfied about the service provided, and I am personally really happy about the hairstyle I got.

Only criticism is that hair was still damp when I left and not chopped into when dry but I only booked a 'cut only' so maybe this is how that's done.
The lady who was doing my hair was very cold, abrupt and rude.when I told her the brush she is using is very dirty, she changed the brush to another dirty one. Then when I asked why are all the brushes dirty she was hostile and said they are all clean and have been washed They just have some hair on them. And that one has my hair on it. I asked if it's washed why does it have hair on it. She was rude again and just stated they are all clean though all brushes were filthy. I felt scared the whole time of asking more from her or talking to her as she was so hostile.

I went to MG Hairdressing for the first time on Saturday to see Jo for a cut and colour (she has been recommended by a friend) From our first contact, to the colour patch test to the appointment itself, I felt entirely confident and happy in Jo's hands. She made some sensible suggestions and talked me through possible new looks, explaining why these would suit me and my hair. Jo talked about what we could do to improve my hair in the future. After the cut and colour, Jo explained how I could ( hopefully) achieve the look at home. I love my new hair, thank you!

Lovely staff but prices do not reflect what you receive.
Asked for a curly bouncy blow dry and got a straight blow dry with the ends tonged into ringlets.
I have had many a bouncy blow dry done before at my usual salon with lots of volume.
The pricing system for a blow dry was £31 for lower level staff and £38 for top staff and my charge was £35 so for a mid level staff not able to achieve volume through blow drying is not very acceptable. I can straighten my hair and tong the end myself easily.
Lovely staff but left disappointed with my hair.

As always excellent service and pleasant welcome in arrival. Made to feel welcome and assured that I will have a relaxing experience. Tea, coffee, cappuccino offered a few times and deluggtwd with the end result.
I've been going here for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! Michael cuts and styles my hair so beautifully and today was no different. He always make sure that the finish is perfect and that I leave happy. The team are very warm and friendly too.

I had my regular hairline tint with Alison followed by a lovely curly blow dry by Emily who had never blow dried my hair before. Excellent confident salon stylist who I would definitely have again. Thank you also to Morgan for the hair washing in between and who is so polite and attentive every time.
Just wanted to say this was my first time I went into the hairdressers, the staff are so friendly and polite, they made me feel very welcome, I would recommend them to my friends and family, I've already booked my next appointment already :). Thank you AMY my hair looked amazing.

Helen has just put my hair up for my daughters batmitzvah , she as always did a brilliant job and didn't finish till she was 110% happy! I am thrilled with result!
