We have noted your comment on the assistant blow dry and we regularly review all feedback; whether positive or negative and use this information to make improvements within the salons.
Assistants are always at differing stages of training and expertise , when drying after a colour appointment they are not required to do a full styling blow-dry as this could take up to an additional hour of time. If you do wish for a full styling blow-dry then reception will be happy to organise this when you next book in, it would however be an additional charge as it would be completed by a fully trained stylist.
