The client experience is our over-riding priority but we would like to take the opportunity to clarify a few points regarding your visit. Our booking platform displays options both with and without treatments, and we apologise if this layout caused any confusion when scheduling your visit. During your consultation, your stylist recommended our £20 OI Liquid Luster treatment which is a water light fluid specifically formulated to deliver weightless shine to fine hair, it is never our intention to make anyone feel pressured but as we believed you were happy with a treatment option we felt that this would be the most suitable for your hair.
Regarding your colour, again no offense or crtiticism was ever intended as our stylists ask routine questions about hair history solely to assess its structural integrity and to ensure we care for your hair correctly.
Your stylist has confirmed that she carried out the face framing and point cutting techniques discussed during your consultation. However, we are sorry if the final shape feels bulkier than you wished as showing our clients the back of the hair at the end of the appointment is an essential part of the service so if this was inadvertently missed at the end of your appointment we must apologise.
We fully stand behind the quality and professionalism of our team so in line with our salon policies, we would be happy to welcome you back within two weeks of your original appointment for a complimentary adjustment with one of our Creative Directors to refine the shape to your liking. If you would like to do this please let us know via the following email [email protected] and our front of house team will arrange this for you.
