Sonya understood what I wanted in the cut and achieved that, which is great. However when it came to blowdrying, it wasn't as good as expected with some parts not completed nicely. Also, she left as soon as the hour passed to welcome her next client without saying anything to me - I understand she has appointments, but at least explain that and I would understand.

Totally got what i was hoping for and what i didn’t like about my current blonde. Took all brashness out of it and looks so much more natural and healthy. And she was super quick at doing the foils. Had paid around 1,000 GBP for a set of extensions that were completed in March. I had asked to place the bonds in a discreet way and so I can wear braids (leaving a gap in the back to cover the bonds). None of that was accomplished and the bonds were shedding hair quite bad. I went back to ask for a solution upon which the salon kindly offered to redo the set for free. During the consultation Christie was clearly frustrated and awkward although I was trying to mitigate her feelings by noting it is not her fault the keratine wasnt holding, probably a supplier issue. Her good intentions in cutting the pre keratined bundles in two may have been a reason as well, I could see her logic and we agreed to meet a week later for a redo.
During the second attempt for Christie to create a professional set of extensions, I once again noted I want the bonds to be discreet and I also asked her to please allocate more of my own hair to the bonds as I felt the extensions were too heavy on the small strands of my hair upon which she displayed aggression by remaining silent and making a face to this request. The bonds that were created are HUGE and are currently sticking out at the top of my head. The bonds stickyness has trapped other parts of my hair in them which means I cant brush it at all currently without pulling my own hair out. There is less hair added to this set, meaning a good chunk of the hair I paid for is simply lost.
I am taking photos and videos of the disaster assembly if anyone is curious to see how this work is anything but professional.
Taylor Taylor as an establishment is great and they have done all they can to mitigate for one persons repeated mistakes. At this point, I will not go back to TT to ask for help on this, I am having this set removed by a professional in a few days and I will need to absorb the financial damage and emotional distress caused by this. Taylor Taylor in terms of colouring and overall service remains an establishment I would recommend to my friends.

I enjoyed a service provided by Hannah under supervision of Chie. I really liked the haircut style but also the way how I was treated.
Hannah was diligent and professional but also attentive to my preferences.
Also, the interior of Taylor Taylor is very nice.

I ended up with Tom by pure accident as I had written down the wrong time for my app and missed it by an hour. As I came in from outside of London, I was offered an alternative app with Tom. We had a great chat and although I was Tom‘s last client that day, he really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me some really great tips how to style my new bob. Very happy, will be going back.

As always Annelie offers a service that is well thought out and professional. She is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to colour and colouring. I haven’t had a haircut for a long time and was looking for a good salon to cut my hair as I’ve had difficulty in the past. I chose Tom as he mentioned in his profile he was a precision cutter, something I was looking for. Tom was polite and cut my hair very well and I’m very pleased with the hair cut. However, Tom isn’t a chatty Director, I had little conversation with him. Everyone else in the salon who were getting their haircut sounded like they had a much better experience. Their stylists were chatty, it was a bubbly lively atmosphere that was going on around me but in my experience it was mostly silence throughout the hair cut. Now I understand that some people have no interest in having conversations with customers like having to hear a life story, or where you work etc but I felt disappointed that I didn’t get the true haircut experience that I have had in the past, which I prefer.

I always have a great experience at Taylor Taylor Shoreditch. I don’t usually enjoy getting my hair cut, but I genuinely enjoy going to Taylor Taylor as the staff are warm and welcoming, cocktails delicious and my haircut is always great!
Laura is very professional and always kind. The reception staff are great and very accommodating.
