Both Beth & Tania are such talented colour technicians. They spend lots of time discussing and explaining the options. I'm always delighted with the result.

I wanted to try something different for the forthcoming winter months and as always Amiee went through my options and what she thought would be best. I was confident with the choices we made and as always Amiee did an amazing job. Also, the lady who washed my hair was really chatty and sweet. Loved her !

I've been coming to see Tanya over a year now after I fully messed up my hair from bleaching. I've been so patient and taken on all her advice and trusted the process. I'm so happy with the outcome. Still got a bit to go but my hair is feeling brand new nowadays. All the girls that help out are fantastic aswell and compliment the whole experience

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my daughter’s recent appointment, which I booked online. The booking was for a cut and finish at £51, with a 50% new customer discount, bringing the total to £25.50.
However, during the appointment, she only received a wash and wet cut, and we were also charged for a treatment that was not provided. This does not match the service we booked or what was advertised.

I have attached screenshots showing both the booking details and the actual services received for your reference.

Could you please review this and arrange a correction or refund for the overcharge?

Excellent service as usual

Everyone was super helpful and friendly! Aimee spent a whole hour helping me decide what to do to my hair, discussing a billion options with so much patience the day before my appointment. Gjystina was so gentle, thorough and understood exactly what I wanted. Executed to perfection! Also Ellie was so bubbly, always smiling, gave me the nicest massage when washing my hair :)

Another great visit with Aimee at Ghost! Aimee is amazing at what she does, and always goes above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling amazing about yourself! All the staff here make you feel warm and welcomed and can’t recommend enough x

I really enjoy the overall experience in this salon. I always leave feeling great not just because my hair looks good, but because it feels like a real treat. I’m never quite sure what I want and Tanya is always patient and gives great advice.

I didn’t know the stylist today, and maybe I should have been more articulate in the cut that I wanted. I had thought she would follow the style of my usual hairdresser, feather cut at the back, but it’s straight! Having asked for my hair cut to cover my ears, it doesn’t, it’s far too short!
Despite this, the stylist was very nice, and apologised that I wasn’t happy with the end result.
I am just glad that my hair will grow again before Christmas

Tanya is very knowledgeable and honest and takes the time to discuss the look I am trying to achieve. Nothing is too much trouble and she always has a welcoming smile. Very happy with how my hair was done. Went in feeling down but came out feeling so much better.

I had a lovely experience at Ghost. I had Tanya who cut my hair, The head massage was lovely and relaxing from the lovely young lady who made me a cup of tea too. Tanya made me laughed but she listened to what I wanted and I reccommend Ghost salon.
