Absolutely brilliant can’t fault her in any way. Goes above and beyond with everything. So polite kind and funny. She makes my day each time I visit. She is one in a million. Perfect.

Tanya always has time for a little consultation first and always ensures we are on the same page with my colour requests. I am always happy with the result and her professional expertise.

Love my visits! Feels like home. Staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Even get a Diet Coke! They always listen to what you want and offer advice if you want. Been going for 12 years now and have never been disappointed.

Another fabulous experience at Ghost, Selsdon. Had an amazing hair cut and highlights with Tanya last week, the salon is always spotlessly clean and relaxing. The girls who work there are very friendly and Tanya always gives professional advice. I left leaving relaxed and very happy with my “new hair”.

Service is first class, always made to feel welcome. Greeted as soon as you enter, offered refreshments and guided to a seat by young lady who then washed my hair. She was friendly kind and offered other services ie products used and offered head massage. Taken to a seat ready to have my hair cut and offered refreshments. Stylist was superb as always, discussed what I would like done and end product excellent.

I had a lovely cut and would like to use Zamora next time

Having been rather ill for a couple of months I was looking forward to a long overdue haircut. Positive talk with Aimee about a change of hair style, followed by a glass of Prosecco and a packet of popcorn (a rare treat). Came away two hours later feeling totally relaxed with a new hairstyle. Friendly/wekcoming Greeting on arrival offered refreshments and comfy seat. Waited a few moments and invited to have hair washed. I was asked about products I use on my hair and recommended volumising shampoo. Hair washed and head massage given. Excellent service by young lady. I was then taken to my seat to have my hair cut/styled and offered a drink. Tanya discussed what I wanted done today and proceeded to cut and style my hair. I mentioned about advise on shampoo and Tanya recommended a styling product as my hair is very fine. rather than conditioner. Very satisfied with my cut and products. Both members of staff were very customer focused, polite and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been coming to Tanya for a while now and I trust her completely, she is always right with her recommendations. She makes you feel so comfortable and like part of the girls, not just a client. Even on days when I’m not feeling my best, she’s so understanding and puts me at ease. Also, the assistants who wash your hair are exceptional, such a relaxing experience every time.
She’s an amazing hairdresser and just a lovely person overall. Highly recommend. They all are 😊

Lovely experience. All the ladies are so relaxed and friendly. Beth took time to answer my questions and explain why I was having problems. The young lady who washed my hair gave me great advice about my thinning hair,with a head massage too. Beth has given me a beautiful cut. I am over the moon with it. That's not an exaggeration. I went to get my hair cut and it was well worth it. Affordable for what I wanted done and helpful in providing pointers on looking after my hair. Aimee did my consultation and cut my hair, through which she was efficient and it turned out just how I’d wanted. Someone else, whom I didn’t catch their name, had washed and prepped my hair which was very helpful and friendly also. It was my first time getting my hair cut at a salon in years, and I’ll be going back as I felt understood in my needs.

Beth did an absolutely amazing job on my hair, I have never been so happy with it before, I owe her the world. As well as the amazing atmosphere and how lovely the rest of the girls were. I had an amazing experience, thank you so much!
