As always, I was very happy with my visit to Ghost today - the friendly welcome, the hair wash and head massage was superb, and I was very happy with the end result of how Beth styled my hair. It was the first time I had my hair done by Beth.

Aimee is the best in the biz and a blonde expert! I’ve always been so particular with my blonde and hate it certain shades, Aimee always absolutely smashes it (even when my roots are too long) & gives me the perfect shade of bleach blonde. Once I had been travelling for a year and it had destroyed my hair, when I came home Aimee fixed me right up and my hair is finally growing and longer then ever before ! Xoxo

Wonderful stylist friendly, approachable and great stylist

I am normally blonde (sometimes pink!) but I wanted to go darker and longer. Aimee talked through all options and even phoned me after I had chosen the colour to say she thought a slightly different shade would be better. She was right!! I am so pleased!!

Aimee was brilliant. I was bored with my hairstyle and wanted a change but no idea what I wanted. Aimee asked lots of relevant questions and came up with a style I love. She even gave me useful tips for maintaining it. Can’t praise her enough

I booked an appointment for my 83 year old mum. She was desperate to find a new haidresser. I think there was some confusion about the time but staff very kindly rebooked. My mum was absolutelybdelighted with the haircut abd the whole experience. I havent seen her so chuffed in ages. We are so grateful to you for your professionalism and kindness. Thank you

I've been coming to see Tanya over a year now after I fully messed up my hair from bleaching. I've been so patient and taken on all her advice and trusted the process. I'm so happy with the outcome. Still got a bit to go but my hair is feeling brand new nowadays. All the girls that help out are fantastic aswell and compliment the whole experience

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my daughter’s recent appointment, which I booked online. The booking was for a cut and finish at £51, with a 50% new customer discount, bringing the total to £25.50.
However, during the appointment, she only received a wash and wet cut, and we were also charged for a treatment that was not provided. This does not match the service we booked or what was advertised.

I have attached screenshots showing both the booking details and the actual services received for your reference.

Could you please review this and arrange a correction or refund for the overcharge?
