About us

Perched high on the 2nd floor of the landmark Liberty London store, Regent Street our latest hairdressing salon has a more unisex feel with a fresher and lighter design, a few surprisingly modern touches and of course some bespoke Liberty print antique furniture too. A haven from the hustle and bustle of the West End our intimate salon space is full of natural light and its triple aspect windows boast views along Great Marlborough Street as well as the famous Carnaby Street in Soho. Decorated in our signature lux styling Taylor Taylor London at Liberty London will be filled with faded original furniture, dramatic design pieces and statement commissioned artwork on the walls.

I was bitterly disappointed in the lack of service. I didn’t want a full head of colour but felt pressured to do a full head of balayage which looks nothing like balayage. I was convinced to go for full hair colour, presumably because they work on commission. It all took an inordinate amount of time and involved various stylists including one who pulled my hair dreadfully. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt being moved from one person to another. The salon (Liberty) is chaotic, plays ridiculously loud music and after 2.5 hrs, I had to ask for a drink as nobody had the courtesy to offer a glass of water on the hat was a very hot day. I’ve had to seek a complete hair correction at another salon and even they agreed it resembled nothing like balayage and was far too bright and brassy. The prices are not justified, and the staff are ill mannered and not very friendly. A complete waste of £400.

Natalia is so talented and kind. Highly recommend having your color done with her. Some of the tone wasn’t totally to my liking and she super kindly made the adjustment so that I’m super happy and was able to fit in a fringe trim to save me the trouble later. I’ve done color with Natalia a few times and I’ll keep coming back because she does such awesome work! Taylor Taylor always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable which makes the slightly higher price point their competitors so so worth it.

The staff here are always so friendly and really look after you. I have been coming to see Paulina at Taylor Taylor @ Liberty's for a few years and I love her! She always gets my colour and cut spot on and I leave feeling the salon like a new person! She and the rest of the team are lovely, we are very well looked after and it's nice to have access to their drinks menu :)

I first had Jordan do my hair a few years ago at a different salon and loved it but after he moved salons, I tried a few different stylists and my hair never looked quite right even when I showed pictures of what I wanted.

Once I moved to London I knew I needed to have Jordan cut my hair again and I wasn’t disappointed. My hair looks perfect - I really recommend him to anyone!

Paulina is fantastic. Thank you.
Given that colours already take a very long time I feel that there is too much wait in between the steps as assistants are stretched and need to attend to other clients. As a result the product sits too long on the hair and the process takes longer.

Perched high on the 2nd floor of the landmark Liberty London store, Regent Street our latest hairdressing salon has a more unisex feel with a fresher and lighter design, a few surprisingly modern touches and of course some bespoke Liberty print antique furniture too.
