Our records show that you came in to see us around 9 weeks ago on February 12th but we were unaware that you were so unhappy with your cut until we read your review on April 18th.

Our team is always here to listen and ensure that every customer leaves our salon feeling satisfied so we are very sorry that you felt your cut was so disappointing. However , now that such a long time period has passed it is very difficult for us investigate further or rectify any issues that you might have had.
