He did an awesome job on me. Had two services from him first time was a big transition for me and it was perfect. Very friendly, takes every consideration to what would suit you and the look you want, helpful tips on how to style and maintain, knows how to make you feel comfortable, a conversation holder -topics were bomb ????

Everyone was wearing protective gears so felt safe they had shields between customers too.

The team at this branch are welcoming and just amazing, head massage I had today was absolutely needed didn’t catch her name but was was lovely so thank you ? and I also like that Fotis on both occasions saw me to the front. Just shows me that they are with you from the start till the very end. Customer service 20/10 this includes phone bookings/communication.

Very pleasant and welcoming visit . Stuart did absolutely amazing work ! My hair was 3 different colours ...after I told him what color I want he do his magic ....and on the end I look amazing. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going to see Daniele for over 10 years and he has been of the highest standard on every level 100% of the time I could not recommend him highly enough. The Shoreditch salon also has a really nice chilled and welcoming feel to it from all the staff

Having never been to a salon i had the best experience ever!
People are never sure what to do with my (mixed race) hair.
Not only was i asked about how i wash and prepare my hair as this is obviously different but i was also shown how to fully define my curls!!
Gabriel was polite funny and engaging and i honestly had an amazing experience and left with the perfet cut that i feel comfortable managing myself 10/10

As always, I was received with the warmest welcome and was listened to carefully about what I wanted. A lot of care and thought was put in to righting an awful haircut from elsewhere. Hygiene and social distancing were brilliant and I felt very safe in the environment during my entire visit. Measures were taken by the salon so I was only in contact with one person the whole time and masks and visors were worn at all times by the staff. After the cut I was given advice on how to get the best from it in terms of styling and I have booked in to get a colour treatment next month. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you Fotis and team. This is exactly how you want to feel after a trip to the hairdressers.

After a difficult few months l was lucky to get one of the NHS appointments offered by Toni and Guy. Gabi was amazing - professional and such a lovely, bubbly person.

He listened to me and gave me a great new style that l am extremely pleased with.

Loved it! They was all very attentive, and made gave me the 5 star treatment. Absolutely would recommend, friendly staff, and the best at cutting and styling my hair!!

Heavily pregnant so phoned ahead to check the set-up and safety of my visit. Team were helpful and advised an early morning or late evening visit when salon is quieter.
Leah always does an epic job and after 6 months with no haircut, she made my day! I left feeling like a new person; thank you!

This was my first experience with Toni&Guy, loved the fact I had a proper consultation at first. He asked me questions to match my exact needs and the final haircut looked exactly how I wanted it. Definately sticking to this salon going forward!

Stuart and Leah always look after us so well! With COVID 19 you would feel a little nervous but it was very well organised felt totally comfortable and loved my hair. Be back with the little one soon ??

Gabriel was so passionate and dedicated. He spent such a long time making sure the end result was what I wanted.

My only issue is how much it cost (much more than quoted) and how different it looked as soon as it was washed at home. The colour has completely changed.

Booked a last minute cut with Sara. Was fully PPE’d on my entry to salon. Felt confident in the level of H&S around the salon; put me at ease. Sara was friendly and professional, giving a quick but expert consultation. My hair has never looked better, love my new 50’s Betty Page fringe. I felt like Sara got my style and encouraged individuality!

Daniele knows what suits me well naturally and he is extremely patience. He spends good quality time to ensure the result is perfect. For the first time I have a haircut that feels like me rather than a copy style from a magazine.

Just a few chairs were in use but atmosphere felt as 'normal' as possible despite the stylists wearing visors and customers wearing masks. Leah is a lot of fun to sit and chat with, and she's a naturally great stylist who listens and knows what she's doing. It was a treat to have a proper cut after having snipped it myself during past months out of desperation!

I had horrendously damaged hair that was patchy in terms of colour and I left with a gorgeous, low maintenance pixie bob and in only around 30 minutes they managed to re-colour my hair without any patchiness or evidence of bleach damage. Will definitely be coming back.

Going to have my hair cut with Danielle at T&G Shoreditch is like an event to me, more so now, after such a long time since I last had my hair cut (3 months and 20 days!), due to the pandemic. I was thinking at home before having it cut, how Danielle was going to sort this “thing” out and shape my hair to the best of it, boy hasn’t he nailed it, again!!! His charisma and friendliness is just as good as his hairdresser expertise. The staff was also very concerned about our safety, asked, as soon as I entered, to use their hand sanitiser, explaining the “new normal safety procedures” in such a friendly way, also the fact they have different days for different hairdressers, it doesn’t get crowded with every professional there in the same time, and shows the salon is aware of people distancing. After so many years, I feel almost part of the team. Stuart, the manager, even recognise my voice over the phone, isn’t this like calling to a family member?! Can’t say anything bad about my experience and the care for their customers at Toni and Guy Shoreditch. Once again, thanks a lot for looking after me! Love you guys!!!
