Awful experience in shoreditch salon visited in March, the woman with purple hair tried to give me a sunkissed balayage instead left with silver highlights (patches all over) didn’t listen to fixing hair in salon, contacted customer experience and said the salon manager couldn’t do anything! It was the first time Gabbi cut my very unruly curly hair. It had grown badly out of shape during the lockdowns and he restored it the lovely bouncy curls. Great cut and a happy experience.

I have been a client of Stuart’s for over 10 years. My experience was the same as it always is - great. Hair colour always looks amazing. Also his staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and highly efficient adhering to Covid restrictions.

I have been going to have my hair done with wonderful Stuart since the salon opened. I have always felt relaxed and pampered and the cuts and colours are great! I can testify to the fact that they have faced the challenges of Covid with such professionalism and positivity. All clients feel safe and well cared for. The atmosphere is always one of friendliness and I would not want to go anywhere else!

Great haircut, nice guy. He usually works at covent garden branch. Junior stylist, very happy with hair cut and would defo request him again by going covent garden. He understood curly hair!

I have had same stylist for 20 years and am very fussy about my hair, so trying out a new stylist and salon was a big step for me. Daniele listened to my ideas and seemed to know exactly what was needed to get the achieved look. I am so happy with the results . This is now my go to salon and look forward to my next visit.

Gabriel is amazing !!! He suggested a shorter cut and I was happy to try something new (given lockdown approaching!). The long bob I now have looks incredible , I’ve honestly never seen my hair look in such good condition, thicker and sleek: And my daughters both love it too.
I don’t doubt that it’s challenging to be positive and professional in the new covid environment but Gabriel brightened my day, I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I think it was Daniele. I was pleased with the result. My appointment was at 1pm, Friday 30/10.

Unfortunately I didn’t ask for my stylist name ( Eastern European tall guy) but he was wonderful, really kind and made me feel really comfortable giving me a lot of tips without trying to sell me the whole shop. Amazing environment and professionalism all around. Definitely coming back!

Brilliant cut and sevice

Stuart coloured my hair absolutely perfectly - I had sent him a photo beforehand and he got it exactly right. Leah cut my hair and again, achieved a cut that suits me brilliantly (and without any useful direction from me!). They are all incredibly friendly and warm. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

Extremely professional service provided by Gabriel. I went for a Keratin treatment which took over 2 hours and throughout the session Gabriel has acted in the upmost professional, caring and customer focused manner. Above that he seemed to know exactly what he is doing and how to do it and even took care of little details and listened to my needs.

Surely going back. Looks like I've found myself a new stylist and Gabriel has gained a new customer.

Today I went for a bit of a transformation and Lukas was super patient and considerate, knowing that a big style change can sometimes be a bit daunting. I left totally delighted with my cut. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Lukas is the man!
