Roberto worked his magic on a car crash of a haircut from another salon, didn’t have a lot to work with be im chuffed with the result

My stylist really took the time to understand what I wanted. As his English was not spot on, he enlisted the help of a colleague to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted. I had a nice relaxing hair wash with massage chair and head massage. The result was great. I would return

Very friendly staff. Had to fix my growth and do a hair cut and both were done excellently. Really appeciate the shampooing and the head massage as it feels very relaxing. Toni and Guy are a bit pricy and surely you can pay less elsewhere for the same result. However the whole customer experience makes it worth the money.

Before I found Roberto at T&G Shoreditch I was flying to Moscow where I am from for a haircut ? luckily I don’t need to do that any more. Wonderful professional team, good music, care products that actually WORK. Lots of love for my super cool style and healthy hair ♥️

I could virtually sit on my hair, it was so long. Now perfectly waist length and poker straight. Excellent haircut and blow dry by the lovely Alex. Perfect.

So I came in with extremely damaged, white bleached hair and wanted to go darker more in the direction of my natural colour with a reverse balayage. I was advised that this was a difficult process and the manager switched appointments with my assigned stylist Nicola to be able and do that for me. The outcome was absolutely amazing, a very natural darker shade that fades into light blonde tips and my hair feels and looks so much healthier- also thanks to the amazing cut I got! Thank you guys so much for being so professional and making me a very happy costumer!

The salon has a great atmosphere. Fotis is a real people person. He makes you feel like a valued customer, he’s creative and inspiring.

Perfect blow wave, exactly what I asked for.

This was one of the best hairdressing experiences I’ve had. Daniele showed 1st class client care being patient and taking a lot of time to understand my needs. He delivered just what my hair needed. Really impressed and thank you so much to Daniele for restoring my confidence.

Excellent cut by skilled stylist.

I've been having my hair cut and coloured in Toni & Guy salons for 17 years so I'm disappointed to leave a less than positive review. I left the salon feeling unhappy with my colour but was unable to say anything because the staff were so busy. When I called later to explain that I wasn't happy with the colour, I was offered an appointment a week and a half later. Now I am left with patchy hair that cost £145.

She'll be the only one allowed to touch my hair from now on. Great service.

the stylist was lovely and welcoming. she was very polite and had excellent customer service skills.

I had the best hair experience for what it cost I was hoping for a really good result, Stuart and Fotis were both brilliant with my hair, I was worried as I have mixed Afro hair but my hair came out amazing. Will definitely go back. Label. M products work wonders in my hair.

Very tidy salon with friendly staff and atmosphere. Just had my cut by Roberto. He made a few suggestions to my current style, and the result was a haircut that's both great looking and easy to maintain.

Natalia did the colour and Roberto did the cut. The colour is fantastic and Natalia made an extra effort to blend it in to where i already had highlights so it looks much better than before.
Roberto's attention to details means my hair is perfectly cut and it looks super healthy and soft after one of the treatments too!

Natalia was wonderful from start to finish. Worked hard to make sure I received the right colour change and treatment throughout. I'd had a really tough day and it meant a lot to be well cared for during my appointment.

Had my colour done by Nicola today and he is an outstanding colour technician, his technique with colour and the way he blow drys is absolutely amazing. I am so happy with my hair, can't stop looking at it.

One of the best hair dressers I have ever come across, if I could would write a letter to Tony that roberto should be recognised for his perfectionist style of hair cutting. Every time I come and I get the best hair cut he always out does the last time.

I’ve been seeing Natalia for my colour for about a year now and she’s great - always gets it right and I’m always really happy with the result - fresh and natural looking

Disappointing. Not the same service as other Toni and Guy salons here. Chaotic in terms of booking etc. Customers not looked after in the same way. Average cut which was not finished off by stylist after colouring. Left to do it myself. Colourist however is very good here.

She knows exactly the colour I'm aiming for.. she's great!

My hair dye was brilliant, managed to bleach all the box dye out of my hair, colour was beautiful. Fotis is an amazing stylist and worth every penny.

Stuart has been very patient with me as I am a bit of a difficult customer :) but he done a fab job as usual. Perfection! Love my new hair colour!

As always, Haydn listens to what I want and then offers his own expert opinions on how to finesse it into an even better cut without losing sight of what it is I wanted in the first place. I always leave pleased with the result and will keep coming back.

I've been coming to this salon for a while now...Roberto and Stuart are simply amazing! The salon is open, friendly and the two of them are really creative - but always making sure that the style and colour is the right fit for me. By far the best hairdressers I've had ever - they are never allowed to leave London!

The salon has a real buzz. Everyone's working together and enjoying what they do. My stylist was fab, he listened, provided creative ideas and a professional service.

The best place to get a fresh new look or maintain what u have.

Stuart is always such a perfectionist, he is so passionate about what he is producing and he will always make sure the end result is what I want. He managers the salon and has a great team working along side him. He should be very proud of what he has achieved and what a great team he has pulled together.

Very relaxing, not rushed, nice cup of coffee and a super haircut. Lovely chat too!
