I really enjoy going to the Shepherd's Bush Westfield salon. The team are very attentive and friendly. Tiffany is a fantastic stylist and colour expert. Also great for a chat! I’m always pleased when I leave.

I honestly can’t remember who it was but he was very kind and thoughtful. I had a restyle done , I showed him a picture of what I wanted and it was spot on . I come out feeling great . Would definitely recommend him to everyone and I will go back definitely be going back .

It was so fab, my stylist listened to exactly what I wanted and advised. It turned out better than what I wanted!

I really enjoy going to Toni and Guy Westfield. All the staff is young and energic, I always feel welcome and it is nice to chat with them. They are very competent and every time I go to the Westfield branch I am super satisfied. I have very curly hair and it is difficult to find someone good at cutting them but Lucia has been amazing

I came for a blow dry before going for my interview. I wanted to be picture perfect for my video call.
I walked out the salon in a quick time with exactly what I wanted and slightly different from last time but great! A sleek style for today, and matching to my today’s event.
Thank you Stuart and all the team there , you are wonderful there. And sorry I had to take my daughter with me, don’t want to be annoying for other customers , or make you waste time . But I have to say she loves you guys! ? can’t wait for us 2 to have our done together on the same day at yours. We just need to wait for some before she gets her first haircut.

My normal Visit every 4 weeks to do my colour with Stuart. I was delighted as usual and even more , I went out exactly as I wanted, perfect hair colour becoming better and better every visit, my hair growing and extra mile with the perfect brushing. When I went out I called my mum and said to her I have never been so happy after my hairdresser appointment!!! Exactly what I wanted and I want to get! Super happy!

I will recommend that salon definetely everywhere, I also like the atmosphere and everyone being really professional with a good atmosphere . Great ! We never say it enough when it is that good and you are so happy. And I can tell you that I have done a lot of famous salon included in Paris center but never been that happy.

It was an amazing haircut and Lucia was so sweet and really tried to understand what I wanted with my hair. She is so talented. Best haircut I've had in a long while!

My usual colourist has left and although her replacement assured me that she had my details i have ended up with a nearly black root tint on mid brown highlighted hair. I look like a tabby cat. The colour was on for at least 45 Minutes which may be the problem but something needs to be done with it as its awful . I could send a photo if you forward to me some contact details otherwise I am so displeased I will come all the way back.

It was my first time at Toni&Guy at Westfield’s, however Dario and the rest of the team made me feel welcomed and at “home”. I also felt safe as the shop was extremely cleaned and everyone observed the current guideline about Covid 19. Dario was professional, friendly and chatty. He listened to me, acknowledged my wishes/needs and gave me his ideas and suggestions on how to have my haircut done. He did an excellent job and I am really pleased with the result. He is a credit to Toni&Guy!

Made a last minute appointment and was looked after by Dario, who had this work cut out! Not had a cut for 10 months, since a local salon destroyed my hair. Happy to be back in a trusted named Salon. Dario was welcoming, friendly and gave me a great cut. Everyone in the salon was lovely.

He did a wonderful job with my cut. I am usually skeptical of allowing anyone to manage my haircut but Dario exactly got what I wanted and delivered amazing results. The services of Toni&Guy are amazing anyway but the stylist makes a huge difference. I’m definitely going back.
