The guy called Tony cut my sons hair was very friendly and patience with my son.made us have a Very good experience in the salon.

Always happy with my hair. My hair us very thick and I always cone out soft and smooth.

This is the second time I've been to Toni and Guy and both times my stylist has paid such close attention to my cut. He listened to what I wanted and I felt in good hands. Both times I've been really happy with my hair and had lots of compliments. The reception staff are also always lovely and friendly :)

Amazing time, very quick, with no waiting around or faffing, in and out with an amazing result. Scott was brilliant knew exactly what I was going for and I love it.

I've been a customer of Toni and guys for 5 years and I have to say that Shorn has been the best hairdresser I've had and that is why I'll always repeat book with him. He understands what I want and gives great advice on what could look better (always let's me decide) easy to talk to and is always prepared when I arrive. Everyone in the salon is polite, helpful and happy - couldn't ask for anything else.

I love this salon, great staff members and very warm wellcoming.

I've been having haircuts here for a few years, it's a great atmosphere and team. Shaun gave me spot on advice, he's friendly and easy to get along with (even for a Game of Thrones fan) and gave me a superb haircut. The online booking is really easy and great for last minute appointments.

I've been going to Westfield Toni and guys for many years and must admit, mark is great at what he does...

I like location and long opening hours. Disappointing was waiting time bacause hairdresser was running late with previous client. Good technique. Nice final effects but she really didn’t care about all this short hair all over my face, cloths. She didn’t propose to wash hair after cutting just put product without even blowing all this leftovers out. I had feelings I am all dirty and full of hair.

I visit this salon monthly and am always really impressed with the level of customer service provided by all the staff. The senior stylist I see is friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and highly skilled, and I cannot recommend him, and the salon in general, highly enough

Can't rate this salon enough! Incredibly creative & talented stylists and colourists. I have been coming here for years now, even travelling from the other side of london. Whatever style you want, they understand it and are able to explain how it can work for your hair, they then get excited with you as you plan your cut/colour and ALWAYS deliver! I used to hate 'hairdresser chat' but at this salon staff are so friendly and genuine that you leave looking forward to seeing everyone again at your nxt visit.
