I have been going to this salon for 6 years & have never left disappointed. Ian & Chelsea have done my hair during those years & I wouldn't have anyone else. They listen to what I want, cut / blow dry to a top standard & are always current so can suggest new styles - always getting it spot on. The whole experience always leaves me feeling relaxed, happy & a better version of the woman who walked in ✨

I haven't been to T&G before but after my consultation with Jody on Friday, I'll definitely be going back. She gave really good advice regarding what style suited me best for my fine hair and I was really pleased with the result.

No I didn't. I left feeling like my hair was a mess. Like nothing I asked for. Finished it myself. Thankfully I didn't ask for a restyle. So I can put it right myself. I will never go back!!

Just to say that Jodie is the best of the best. All the Romford team are lovely and in my view, Jodie is outstanding as a hairdresser, a really lovely young lady and she has also become a really dear friend. I never cease to be amazed by how she has the natural ability to make my dreadfully thin, straggly hair look exceptionally good.

Today I had a colour collection with Aimee. Aimee is really helpful, friendly and I always walk out of the salon feeling really happy with hair. Would definitely recommend, all staff are welcoming and very professional.

Had my hair coloured by Chelsy and cut by Julie. Have tried a different colour and am really pleased with how it looks. Julie's been cutting my hair for a number of years and always does a great job. Both are really professional. It's always a pleasure to go to TONI&GUY-Romford.

As usual I had a really relaxing haircut by really skilled staff. Thanks Ian for the haircut.

Although I was happy with my cut by my usual stylist I was surprised that it cost more than usual because I had received an offer of 10 per cent off by email
I usually go in Monday so I am not sure if the actual price as I thought maybe there is money off on monday

Today my sister and I visited for a long overdue hair cut.
Amy and Olivia managed to fit us in.
Both girls were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating.
Having such a busy work schedule I often forget to book an appointment to get my hair done, when I do work often gets in the way and I have to cancel.
It always ends up me being hopeful and phoning on the day.
Today I did my usual phoning the same morning however my sister asked for an appointment also.
I felt doubtful of two appointments on a Saturday however was pleasantly surprised when we were squeezed in.
All staff are a credit to the company.
Both left thrilled with our new hair cuts.

I fancied my brown hair to have a few pieces of colour throughout.Spoke with the stylist,who advised half head would be better than pics.Ended up very very light all over and slightly ginger.Another toner and it was ok-already planning to dye it back to brown.Very disappointed.
