My first trip to the beauty area so was a bit anxious. No need to be as Lesley really put me at ease. Went for eyebrow shape and tint and was really pleased with the result. Have never had a facial before either but have already booked to go back due to this first happy experience.

Chelsea has once again given me a lovely colour and cut and blow dry wonderful!!! Only one quirie on my receipt it stated that when you book an 8am app you will receive a 20%discount but I do not seem to have had this

I had a wonderful time. Not only did I get my hair coloured, lovely head massage. I was lucky enough to enjoy a free nail paint. Has definitely encouraged me to visit the beauty salon at a later date. The therapist was really lovely.

I've been to Toni&Guy before but I feel they step up their service everytime I go.
They really take time to sit and talk to you about what you want and then talk you through what they are going to do to achieve the results you want.
The only thing that may put people off is the price. It is a costly hair salon to visit, but if you've got the money and want the best then it's worth it.
Couldn't recommend Toni&Guy Romford enough!

Clean shop,friendly staff and excellent hair stylists. Always offered a hot or cold drink and time taken to talk through your hair cut before washing. I look forward to the super massage at the end of the wash.
