We're so sorry to hear that your recent visit to our salon did not meet your expectations and the colour isn't as you'd hoped it would be. We appreciate your feedback regarding your colour and are happy that you're coming back in to the salon in a few days time to have it re-done. It is wonderful that we have the opportunity to make it right for you.
Each colour brand is different from the next and the formulations can vary enormously. If you were using a brand that contained ammonia or another alkaline agent, it is more than likely you will see the difference between this and a Ammonia free colourant. However, your Stylist will be able to reassess your hair on the day of the appointment and advise the best course of action for you.
