Dalis was great at cutting and giving me advice about my hair. I’d give her credit for that. However it was not pleasant to have waited for 50mins before starting my appointment.

My haircut with Tolomani was perfect as ever. I don’t trust going anywhere else as I’m petty fussy about getting my hair cut. I showed him what I wanted and he exceeded my expectations, my hair looks great and he styled it so naturally beautiful. The service was great, I had a drink and could relax with a head massage after a week at work. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I messed up with my booking and so arrived unannounced but Freddy was unfazed and said ‘’we’ll make it work’’. Somehow I got the full service and never felt rushed. Great cut as always.

Good overall however colour wasn’t quite what hoped - think toner was left on too long and made the highlights all quite dark. I essentially had to alert team to wash out toner (assistant not my stylist)
Was running late and no one spoke to me for 20 mins whilst I was waiting or offered a glass of water etc

I found London hair salon prices extortionate when I returned after living in the Netherlands for 4 years. I tried quite a few other hair salons in Putney to find a cheaper option and was always disappointed and dissatisfied with the result. However every single appointment at Edward James had left me feeling it was worth it. I looked great, and felt happy with my hair. No matter the grade of stylist they did a great job and provided an excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone ! It feels like a treat to enter the doors of Edward James.

I booked online to have a root tint, scattered highlights and a cut and blow dry. Whilst the service was good I was disappointed that extra costs were applied to my final bill. These were for the toner and treatment. They were not listed online so I didn’t book them and I was not made aware that these entailed extra costs. Please make all your costs transparent so we can make proper choices. Otherwise it was good.
