The salon as a whole was very welcoming and the staff very warm and friendly.
I was a little nervous as it had been a few years since anyone had cut my hair other than my usual stylist.
Oliver was absolutely brilliant and made great suggestions. He is very knowledgeable.

I had Ceyhanne as a stylist and she was brilliant. I was been quite indecisive and she was incredibly helpful and took all my requests into consideration and actually gave me a far better Bob than I had imagined.
The service at the salon was excellent and the massage both separately and in the wash room was such a luxurious touch that really made it an enjoyable experience rather than just a haircut. Right through to the complimentary drinks and goodie bag as I left , absolutely brilliant service! I will be sure to recommend and come back!

My colour didn’t work unfortunately,I think 10 minutes wasn’t enough for my semi permanent.
I have done semi permanent before at another salon and always work well.

It is wonderful that we have the opportunity to make it right for you.
Each colour brand is different from the next and the formulations can vary enormously. If you were using a brand that contained ammonia or another alkaline agent, it is more than likely you will see the difference between this and a Ammonia free colourant. However, your Stylist will be able to reassess your hair on the day of the appointment and advise the best course of action for you.

It was my birthday and I thought I kick it off with a new haircut.
Dalis listened and understood what i was looking for and she made it look even better, I absolutely love love love my hair. The hair mask I got did wonders to my hair. Dalis finished it off with a beautiful wavy look and it stayed all day!

Dalis was great at cutting and giving me advice about my hair. I’d give her credit for that. However it was not pleasant to have waited for 50mins before starting my appointment.
