Nicki is great. Understands what I need for my hair but also listens to what I want to help me achieve the right colour. Cut and finish was great too. Always very pleased with my hair and the salon in general.

My haircut and colour were perfect as usual. My time in the salon was very calm and relaxing. Everyone nice, polite, and friendly.

As always, Sheryl was fantastic. She always takes time to ask what I want and to talk it through. The young lady who washed my hair (whose name I didn't take) also gave me the best head massage I have ever had.

Friendly local salon. Went in for a Keratin treatment, looked after me, gave me coffee & tea. Explained the process & how long it would take.

Debbie was friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. She took some time to see what I wanted and also time to check my general hair routine etc. I had a cut and finish. Always nice to have a hair wash, nice conditioning and then cut how I wanted and blow dried nicely. I left feeling like it had been a long needed visit. My hair felt so much better. Thank you

Sheryl asked me what I wanted done and was very clear about how she would style my hair. She kindly also showed me how I could blow dry my own hair successfully. Loved the finished result. All done in 40 minutes!

Carolyn never fails to deliver when cutting and styling my hair! I leave her to decide what needs to be done, and she always makes me feel great when I leave there.

Laura listened to my needs and the result was very good. I am pleased with it.
Her colleague helped with applying hair treatment on my hair and she did a good job at it, making sure the water was not too hot. I was also offered a head massage which was pleasant.

Great as always. Friendly staff, excellent receptionist (Jo) and Sharon delivered another excellent haircut. Premises very clean & tidy.. Nice atmosphere.

Great haircut from Beverley again ?

Carolyn did a great job in cutting and blow drying my hair. However I was very surprised that I did not get my 10% discount having been coming regularly as a customer for over 10 years . I was advised that this was because I did not book my next appointment at the time I had had by hair done previously. When I said that I have not always booked my next appointment at the same time but have always got the 10% discount which equates to £6.50 I was advised that the system has now been tightened up and the system was showing the I was not eligible for this. Having been a loyal customer for many years l was very disappointed .

The usual excellent eperience

An excellent experience all round. Michelle has been looking after my hair at Touche for years and never fails to please. The salon is always clean and tidy. There is a good atmosphere and I always feel very welcome there.

Had a colour refresh and cut and blow dry. Am very happy with the result. Everything from the advice given, service and friendly staff was exceptional. Am particularly impressed with how Carolyn gave a new member of staff guidance re technique. Nice to see such a comfortable learning environment for the next generation of stylists.

I explained what I wanted and Sheryl did exactly that. Extremely pleased and look forward to my next salon visit.

Been twice to the salon, not local but very impressed with the professional service i have received on both occasions, my cut was a tidy up very pleased, hair always stays in for a good length of time, before needing to be washed.
