Touché Hairdressing Purley

I left today really pleased with my hair cut & felt Laura really listened to what I wanted. Girls that do the wash always so pleasant. A pleasure to have had my cut done at Touche.

Usual first class haircut from Debbie, careful & skilful. Very pleased with the result.

Vicki took great care while clipping, shaping and blending my hair and beard. The result was excellent - better than most barbers I've been to.

The only issue was when a man called Robert I think arrived while I was settling my bill. He was rather disruptive behind the desk. Nothing to do with the service by the ladies.

Had a very relaxing hour, Debbie did a great job , staff were ALL friendly and welcoming. Would recommend them every time.

Sian is an excellent stylist. Listens to what u want and gives great advice. I would highly recommend her. Receptionist is excellent too, always very courteous and helpful.

Great service from the hair wash with complimentary head massage (not to be missed) to the excellently friendly staff who all look after you. And obviously a great cut with attention to detail by Beverley.

Beverley is fantastic at cutting. Style always lasts. She spends a great deal of time on the cut always very considerate of your needs.

KERASTRAIGHT Treatment is excellent. No frizz for 4 months and quickier and easier to blow dry. Would highly recommend. And Sharon is very professional.

I have been a client of Touche for at least 15 years and that tells you all you need to know! Michelle is a wonderful colourist and stylist. She is great at suggesting little changes which make me feel like I’m not always having the same style! I trust her to give me a great cut and colour every time.

Absolutely thrilled with my colour and cut, so was my husband. Natalie was lovely and so helpful.

Victoria is great - always friendly and open to anything. Gives good advice and I’m always pleased with the finish.

I have however been disappointed with the receptionist ( the younger lady ) on 2 occasions - she comes across extremely rude on the telephone and not professional. It puts you in a rather aggravated and agitated state, which is not what you want prior to your appointment.

Bev's a genius...I always leave feeling great and her expert cutting shows my wayward hair off to its best right up to my next visit. I trust her completely, she always listens to what I'd like and will tactfully advise. I know that I'll always come away feeling/looking fantastic...and 10 years younger!

Fantastic service, nice and relaxed atmosphere. Lovely cut and colour. Beverly is fantastic and pays a lot of attention to the cut and colour, she is extremely good. Tad bit more expensive then some salons, but you most Def get what you pay for, so Def worth the money. This is my second cut and colour there with beverly and I Def won't go anywhere else now

I’ve been going to Touche in Purley for 15 years. The service is always great. Today my normal stylist wasn’t available so Michelle trimmed my fringe. The flexibility of the whole team is great and just what you need.

I have been coming to Touche for over 30 years. Today I was made welcome, given coffee and biscuits, not kept waiting unduly and had a fantastic hair wash followed by a fantastic cut - couldn’t be happier. Sharon is brilliant and really listens.
Just thought I woukd mention however that inside of the premises is looking a little tired, in particular along the wall that backs into station approach. It needs something on the wall to stop the trolleys marking it, a plastic sheet with Touches name on it may be appropriate or something more cheerful and in keeping with the rest of the salon. Touche has always had high standards, please don’t let them fall.

I was pleased. Went out to a concert after my haircut and felt great about myself.

I can honestly say that this is a true gem of a find! Always lovely service, great advice for post styling. I come out feeling amazing and with a smile on my face. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality service and price!
