Carolyn has looked after my hair for many years and is as professional and attentive as on my first visit, dealing effortlessly but thoroughly with the many restrictions of the pandemic. Very pleased with the results. The admin. is also first-rate.

As always I am impressed with the finished cut. My haircut and style leaves me impressed and it turns out exactly how I want it. Nicki is so understanding,knows exactly what haircut I want and makes is exactly how I want it. Nicki Is highly recommended for haircut and is friendly and nice ?.

I popped in today for a little cut and finish mid way between my colour appointments. Laura did me proud as always.

Fantastic! I’m a nurse and in the last 18months I’ve not really looked after myself or treated myself but Victoria treated me like I was her best client. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but gave some ideas and she gave me the best hair cut/restyle. She read the fact I’m a bit clueless and have a lack confidence and she made me feel special and fabulous. I’m very happy so thank you. The full process from booking to leaving was seamless and I was treated with absolute repeat/politeness and it was just a great experience. A massive thank you.

It’s always a pleasure to visit the salon and to see Natalie who is always patient with my constant alterations and who has my trust.

It was good to see Victoria again after a longer gap than usual. As ever she restored the shape of my hair and ensured it was exactly as I wanted. She is always friendly and we have great conversations

Laura is the best Hairdresser in South London/ Surrey. I recommend her constantly as people often compliment me on my Hair.
However the Salon is in need of a little TLC. The Client & Staff Toilet is rickety and not attached to anything much. One exuberant leap onto the Seat and we’d need an Ambulance and a Plumber. Also - the Coffee. Whereas Touché normally offers really good Coffee, this time someone made me a cup of bitter cheap instant Coffee. I couldn’t drink it.

Brought my 3.5 year old for a trim. Nicki was very good with her and my daughter loves getting her hair done.
