Great stylist who knows what I like. Great colour. All staff are friendly abd welcoming. Sad to see the sal9n becoming a bit tired, little snagging items would make it better

Service was lovely from start to finish. Chardonnay was so friendly and made the whole experience really comfortable. She took the time to talk through exactly how I wanted my hair cut, explained the products she was using, and really listened.

She delivered exactly what I had in mind — honestly the best cut I’ve had in years. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. Highly recommend!

Love my visits to get my hair done, it’s like a little outing as always have such a giggle when I’m there :-). Lisa is lovely and always trust her advice when I’m not sure of what to go for. Love the head massage too! Feel pampered x

This is my second appointment for a colour and trim. Danielle is really patient and lovely. The colour didnt cover enough of the grey and she kindly wove through more colour in the crown. Now i have washed and stylednit the colour, shape and cut was exactly what I wanted. Thank you! Already booked follow up trim and colour.

Another wonderful experience from the moment I walked in I received a friendly from Danielle and Lisa , it is lovely to be remembered as a valued client like an “old”friend , they are both very chatty and put you at ease , this is the reason I return each time , I was very pleased with the whole experience from the cut the wash with treatments and the colour and finish and Danielle expertly advised me what she could do to save and style with my damaged hair and cut it and coloured it using the new product for the colour which was amazing. Thank you so much Danielle I left feeling confident and my hair looking 100 times better! Which you cannot put a price on .I will be back soon!

Firstly had to wait over 15 minutes to be seen. Then the hairdresser barely spoke to my daughter. Then mid way through my daughter’s appointment, went to see another client even though she was late dealing with us. Then after touching another clients hair, went to touch my daughter’s hair, stopped her and told her to wash her hands.
Not a great experience for a young child. Will not be going back.

As usual a lovely cut. My friends remark on how good the shaping is, and one of them now uses Lisa.

I would highly recommend getting your hair done by Char. She’s extremely welcoming and she made the whole experience fantastic. Char took her time to answer all of my questions and gave me tips and tricks on how to work with my hair type. I cannot fault her one bit.

I went to Ghost today to have my roots tinted and a blow-dry and the service was absolutely exceptional. My stylist, Chardonnay, was amazing — she really knew my hair type and exactly how to work with it. Everything was done exquisitely from start to finish, and my blow-dry was flawless and lasted beautifully. I left feeling so confident and looked after. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you Chardonnay and the team at Ghost — I’ll definitely be back!

Am thankful my girls and I have found a hairdresser we really like and who can cut our hair just the way we want. Danielle is always so friendly and accommodating to our needs. I leave with a cut and colour just how I requested and am happy!
