Great stylist, very much enjoyed the experience.

I was a bit late for my appointment, but whisked in for a quick and efficient trim. Very much appreciated :)

This is my second appointment for a colour and trim. Danielle is really patient and lovely. The colour didnt cover enough of the grey and she kindly wove through more colour in the crown. Now i have washed and stylednit the colour, shape and cut was exactly what I wanted. Thank you! Already booked follow up trim and colour.

Another wonderful experience from the moment I walked in I received a friendly from Danielle and Lisa , it is lovely to be remembered as a valued client like an “old”friend , they are both very chatty and put you at ease , this is the reason I return each time , I was very pleased with the whole experience from the cut the wash with treatments and the colour and finish and Danielle expertly advised me what she could do to save and style with my damaged hair and cut it and coloured it using the new product for the colour which was amazing. Thank you so much Danielle I left feeling confident and my hair looking 100 times better! Which you cannot put a price on .I will be back soon!

Firstly had to wait over 15 minutes to be seen. Then the hairdresser barely spoke to my daughter. Then mid way through my daughter’s appointment, went to see another client even though she was late dealing with us. Then after touching another clients hair, went to touch my daughter’s hair, stopped her and told her to wash her hands.
Not a great experience for a young child. Will not be going back.

As usual a lovely cut. My friends remark on how good the shaping is, and one of them now uses Lisa.

I would highly recommend getting your hair done by Char. She’s extremely welcoming and she made the whole experience fantastic. Char took her time to answer all of my questions and gave me tips and tricks on how to work with my hair type. I cannot fault her one bit.

I went to Ghost today to have my roots tinted and a blow-dry and the service was absolutely exceptional. My stylist, Chardonnay, was amazing — she really knew my hair type and exactly how to work with it. Everything was done exquisitely from start to finish, and my blow-dry was flawless and lasted beautifully. I left feeling so confident and looked after. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you Chardonnay and the team at Ghost — I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a wonderful experience at GOST salon with Chardonnay From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She was so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, which made the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed at any point. The service itself was amazing, and I left feeling confident, happy, and well looked after. I couldn’t recommend her enough and will definitely be returning.

After so many salons and various hair stylists, I’ve had the best experience with Ghost in Purley. I usually see Lisa, and feel so lucky to have found her. She is a perfectionist and pays attention to details when doing highlights or cutting my hair. She is also so nice and a true professional . I just love her.

I had an amazing time during my haircut appointment with Chardonnay yesterday! Not only was she so friendly, she also seemed so knowledgeable about everything from how regularly I should wash my hair to what best type of shampoo to use. She ensured that I received five star treatment under a very affordable, student discounted price and I left feeling like I had found my dream hairstyle!

Chardonnay is the most loveliest hairdresser! She makes my daughter feel so comfortable and relaxed when getting her hair cut. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her curly hair and has given lots of advice on how to look after it. She engages well with my daughter and we always leaves the salon smiling.

Please give this lady a raise! She 1000% deserves it!

It was my first visit to your salon in Purley. But I needn’t have worried, I had a lovely stylist (Chardonnay) she asked all the right questions about my hair and the style I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and provided great suggestions. She cut and styled my hair not just in the way I wanted but also in the way that suited the shape of my face and the texture of my hair.
