As always an excellent haircut, Lisa always listens to what I want and makes the whole experience relaxing

I would highly recommend getting your hair done by Char. She’s extremely welcoming and she made the whole experience fantastic. Char took her time to answer all of my questions and gave me tips and tricks on how to work with my hair type. I cannot fault her one bit.

Love my hair, as usual :-). Lisa always does a fab job, and all the staff make you feel welcome.

Danielle was wonderful today. Fully transformed my hair from dark to blonde with a fabulous cut. Cannot thank her enough! 5* I shall be back. X

I went to Ghost today to have my roots tinted and a blow-dry and the service was absolutely exceptional. My stylist, Chardonnay, was amazing — she really knew my hair type and exactly how to work with it. Everything was done exquisitely from start to finish, and my blow-dry was flawless and lasted beautifully. I left feeling so confident and looked after. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you Chardonnay and the team at Ghost — I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a wonderful experience at GOST salon with Chardonnay From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She was so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, which made the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed at any point. The service itself was amazing, and I left feeling confident, happy, and well looked after. I couldn’t recommend her enough and will definitely be returning.

After so many salons and various hair stylists, I’ve had the best experience with Ghost in Purley. I usually see Lisa, and feel so lucky to have found her. She is a perfectionist and pays attention to details when doing highlights or cutting my hair. She is also so nice and a true professional . I just love her.

I had an amazing time during my haircut appointment with Chardonnay yesterday! Not only was she so friendly, she also seemed so knowledgeable about everything from how regularly I should wash my hair to what best type of shampoo to use. She ensured that I received five star treatment under a very affordable, student discounted price and I left feeling like I had found my dream hairstyle!

Chardonnay is the most loveliest hairdresser! She makes my daughter feel so comfortable and relaxed when getting her hair cut. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her curly hair and has given lots of advice on how to look after it. She engages well with my daughter and we always leaves the salon smiling.

Please give this lady a raise! She 1000% deserves it!

It was my first visit to your salon in Purley. But I needn’t have worried, I had a lovely stylist (Chardonnay) she asked all the right questions about my hair and the style I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and provided great suggestions. She cut and styled my hair not just in the way I wanted but also in the way that suited the shape of my face and the texture of my hair.
I came away with great styling tips and a great haircut! I genuinely couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!

My second colour & cut with Chardonnay, she’s really friendly, and personable. Takes time to understand what you are looking for, which for a me was a colour match/natural look but with a great blow dry to have the salon feel - I was really pleased with the result. Hello. Always enjoy visiting salon. On arrival, as always, welcomed warmly. Lisa always attentive when discussing reason for visit and her suggestions on how to deal with my thick coarse hair are spot on. Lisa trimmed my hair to length I requested. And thinned hair where required so it would not fall into my face. Appointment started and finished on time.

I see Lisa regularly, she always listens to what I want and how I feel. The salon is always clean and I am made to feel very welcome. I am always very satisfied when I leave.

I went in with very dead unhealthy hair and need it to be treated. Chardonnay explained everything what she was going to do with my hair to make it all healthy again and make my natural curls embrace. She showed and told me all the different products to use and some techniques and styles to wear my hair curly. I came out and it was like I got new hair on my head and shes arm raced my natural curls way better than they were before. Thank you so much.

Lisa is a fantastic and very experienced hairstylist who I’ve been visiting for years! The salon have recently changed their stock over to using Alfaparf as opposed to Kerastase. These products are wonderful. I no longer require any toner for my colour, the colour is fab and lasts longer! It’s also vegan. Highly recommended!
