The lady who did my nails was very friendly as fast as her limited English allowed and took time and trouble to make sure my nails were perfect.

My massage was really good. The only thing that disturbed me was a ticking clock.

I have been going here since more than a year and the service is always spot on. I normally have OPI gel nails, and the duration is unbelievably long, up to 3 weeks with perfect nails. And despite having gel all the times, my nails are strong and healthy, pretty sure part is due to the quality of product they use. Absolutely recommended, to date, best nail parlour I have visited in London

I can’t begin to explain how wonderful this salon was! Not only are their technical skills incredible... but the staff were warm, friendly and went out of their way to make the experience wonderful! I will be recommending them to everyone I know.... no doubt that they are London’s best kept beauty secret

Is there a six star option? That's what I'd rate this salon, I had a wonderful treatment with Maggie today, I really was in expert hands and also made to feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

Great value, and a welcoming team. They don’t rush you out of the door which you find with some salons.

Receptionist was super friendly as soon as I walked in. Was my first visit and we had a good chat about the gel I had on and best recommendation for my mani. Jason who did my mai was amazing - really precise and very patient in getting my old stubborn gel off. He shaped my nails beautifully as his Shellac application is flawless!

So happy with the customer service. The lady who did my pedicure was really friend and delicate. Impecable job. I would recommend the salon.

I have been going to this nail spa for about five years now. I am absolutely satisfied with the staff, the cleaness. I have my two favourite technicians that I always go to. They are fantastic!

My nails look impeccable, and the salon is so happy and calm. Plus, as if by magic, they always seem to have an appointment.

Lovely atmosphere and really friendly, attentive staff. Came for a wax and was made to feel very comfortable. The place was absolutely spotless. Great value for money, will definitely be returning.

I had my nails done today and everything was excellent. Anna was my technician, I had shallec done and my nails are immaculate! She did a great job and I felt well looked after. The salon was nice a clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was my first time here and the service was amazing. The attention to detail was super and the final product was the same. Only down side it was slightly pricey but that is to be expected for the location and quality of service

Was really impressed with my manicure. It was good value for money and executed perfectly. Very happy with the results! Only con, the nail dryers could be a little cleaner as they were a bit dusty. Other than that, thoroughly enjoyed my experience and the quality of the treatment.

The facial I had today was heavenly. If your looking for beauty treatments give this place a try. Good value when you consider their London location.

I paid £45 for manicure & pedicure, it was not worth it. My nails chipped next day! I've had plenty of manicures in past & this has never happened. I will not be going back.
However the staff were extremely friendly & helpful, such a shame the quality wasn't good.
