First visit to HOBS. I walked in with dry frazzled hair that after a badly done balayage had a green tinge, and walked out with beautifully cut, soft shiny hair and an appointment to return to rectify the colour. Jasmine’s attention to detail and experience is faultless and Katie’s knowledgeable advice on colouring is so reassuring. Both took time to ensure I walked out really pleased.

stylist advised on a toner, has mixed it up and then applied it. I don't recall her checking to see if it was ready. I was then passed on to another stylist for a. Blowdry. He did a straight blow dry which was ok. Overall a little underwhelmed with the "experience" but I guess I achieved what I intended.
I was expecting to be treated by one person end to end.
The head massage during the wash lasted less than 30s

Jasmine did a brilliant curly blow dry on my really difficult straight hair. The curls stayed for 2 days. I have tried so many salons but it never lasted more than a few hours! Thank you Jasmine. Will definitely be coming again.

Jake coloured my hair for the first time on Saturday 24th June. I was introduced to him a couple weeks prior by my stylist Anum.
Jake was very confident about how he would colour my Afro hair. I could tell very quickly and he was a professional and really knew he his stuff.
On Saturday he made me feel at ease, very friendly. He was quick to apply the product and overall I felt like I received really top class service.
I will be going back to him in a couple a months to get highlights.
More expensive than where I used to go before, but so much better.
I am very happy.
