Pam was fabulous she was so professional, she made me feel incredibly comfortable.
Fantastic service. The apprentice was exceptional, she gave me a wonderful head massage.
Jasmine cut my hair afterwards, and it looked beautiful.

Jasmin was so friendly and welcoming. The blow dry is by far the best I’ve had. Jasmin was thorough and particular with her work and even though I was the last customer before closing, I felt at ease and by no means rushed. I will certainly be coming back to Jasmin!

Great haircut and great convo but it should have been made clear that the liquid gold treatment would increase cost of service by £11 this was not stated at all.
This was sold to me unwittingly.

George is a fantastic stylist. However HOB as a company show no loyalty to their customers. I has been going to HOB for 30 years but when Baker Street closed (the salon I visited) they didn't even have the decency to contact me. I will never show loyalty to HOB again. However George is an amazing stylist.

As someone who moves frequently I’m happy to have found the perfect salon environment and stylist to fit my needs so easily. The location in Northwood is easily accessible, the salon is bright and clean, and the staff is lovely. Sarah is an excellent listener and isn’t pushy but still very knowledgeable when it comes to product, hair types, and techniques.

Jasmine, Pam, Aeron and the whole team always make everybody feel special here. They really listen to what you want and strive to achieve it for you. This salon also has done an amazing job following all covid guidelines. Thoroughly recommend

George is amazing, always a great cut and just a lovely man.

I have difficult hair to manage but George is a real professional and after he has blow dried my hair the shape & style lasts all week. I would definitely recommend George

Very good haircut. Sarah took a lot of time and trouble to perfect it.
However I noticed another stylist had her mask under her nose.

This was my first time ever at Hobs. The Salon atmosphere was great in these difficult times and the hair cut and style done was fantastic, great job done by the hair stylist.

I had’t been to Hobbs in a while purely just because of being stuck at home over lockdown. My hair was in desperate need of a cut and I called up and I was fortunate to be booked in that same day with Sarah. I had’t had my haircut with her before so I was interested to see what she would do. I found her really friendly and what I liked is she told me what would suit me came up with a whole new look. She was really creative and enthusiastic. I loved my new look and I got some really lovely comments from people. I will definitely recommend her to people she is obviously very experienced. Same great experience as usual at Hob yesterday. I had a colour with Jake and a cut with Amun and really pleased with both. The atmosphere in the salon was upbeat and fun, a breath of fresh air in the current circumstances. Music was great too!

Aeron has done my hair for many years. He is perfectly in tune with me and knows how to adapt my style to lift my spirits every time. He’s amazing!

Got my haircut yesterday. I needed a change. I was so happy with the results. Jasmin is a thorough professional.
Usually when I go for a haircut... I either end up with shorter length than I expected or the style doesn't suit my face. But this time.. I came out Happy:)) She listened to what I was looking for and then suggested what will actually look good and work for me. I am really pleased with my style.

Had another great experience at HOB Northwood by all the team. Fantastic colour and cut by Aeron who takes so much care of you. You feel like you are a friend rather than just a client. He is the manager and takes such care of the salon. PPE and cleanliness good too so felt safe.

Super Friendly staff. Having not been to the salon since before lockdown I was unsure how the atmosphere would be with social distancing but Overall great experience in a fun atmosphere whilst still keeping to covid guidelines. Also so impressed and completely satisfied with how my hair looks now after having it done! Definitely booking in again soon

Aaron is Just the best stylist and manager who understands you needs, has an amazing ability to make you feel like a million dollars he is a good leader of people and has a very nice kind way about himself!
He takes great pride in training the young team he has and encourages them to achieve - even if that means doing a great wash! It all starts from there and quite rightly he insists that clients who come to the salon leaves with the best outcome.

Got a hair cut and colour, from nice colourist and stylist, but I my top was ruined by toner and I am still convinced that I was overcharged.

I’m not someone who likes the whole hair dressing experience but have followed George from baker st as liked him and the way he styles my hair which makes the experience better. The salon had a good atmosphere and I was very happy with everything while I was there (including the virus precautions) and as usual George cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and gave good advice

Firstly I am delighted with my hair colour. Secondly, I always enjoy my visits because all the staff are friendly and welcoming. They are always checking in with you and go out of their way to accommodate you.
They always comment and compliment everyone on their hairstyles before you leave the salon,
