HOB Hair Salon Mill Hill, London

We talked about my style so I felt the stylist listened to me.

First time I’ve been for a haircut at the mill hill Hob branch. Had an excellent first experience. Lilly had such a calm and comforting manner about her. You could tell she was experienced and had great skill. This branch will now be my preferred Hob salon.

Emma was amazing when putting on the colour and results fantastic. Plus when she did it my scalp did not itch at all. With other colourists my scalp has always been very itchy during and after

I have been trying to find a stylist for years that can cut my curly hair to how i want it and actually listen to me and understand my hair structure. Saira from Hobs Salon Mill Hill was exactly this stylist. From the moment i sat down for my first consultation to her finishing my cut she listened and explained everything she was doing to my hair so i felt comfortable with her decisions. She definitely has magic fingers and I highly recommend Saira and i will definitely be coming back for my next cut.

Did what I requested, unfortunately no drink was offered as you will expect from a salon in spending high price for your hair to be done.

Hospitality need to be worked on.

Lavatory was clean and well kept.

When I met Saira my hair had just come out lockdown and it was very sad, lifesless and with a green tinge thanks to two years of dying my own roots. Under her care and professional eye she has brought my hair back to life- her colour work is carefully considered, - I never feel “sold to” and her cutting is precise and expert. Her curly blow dries last a week. She is also a lovely human being to talk to and she has been very encouraging in helping me to explore new looks and styles. I have very confidence in Saira and feel grateful that she is in charge of my hair!

I had the same great service as always with Emma. Also wanted to say that Megan the lovely girl who always washes my hair is a credit to HOBS. Sad that she won’t be there any more as her final exams are coming up and she’ll be moving to a different branch .

it was my first experience with saira for blow dry .her performance was extremely skilful . very well experienced and friendly.

As always Suki is the best and has been styling my hair for a very long time. I could not be without her ever.

Definitely made me think about embracing my natural hair and finding hair styles that suit my hair type. Great advice given on how to style my hair was really good. Hope I can keep it up! Emma is a highly skilled colour technician and a very approachable person. I always fee in safe hands having my colour updated with Emma. Yasmin really understands different hair types and mange’s to make my untame hair look good.

Lilly gave me such a gorgeous blow dry and she was such a pleasure to talk to. Really friendly and chatty. One of the best blow drys I’ve had in a long time. Will def be coming back to see her again.
