I can’t recommend this branch highly enough. Emma is highly skilled colour technician who listens carefully and gives excellent, honest advice. Lilly is a talented stylist who cuts hair beautifully and can tame even the trickiest curly hair like mine! The receptionists are so friendly and helpful and the staff who wash hair look after you so well. I have tried other salons a few times but keep coming back to the Mill Hill HOB branch because it is so much better than local alternatives in my opinion.

Saira cut my hair. I decided to change the style slightly but that didn’t faze Saira in the slightest she was her usual professional self, happy to talk about the styles I wanted. I came out of Hob, Mill Hill with a lovely colour and cut which everyone I saw said looked great.

. Went from long and straggly to short and shiny. Suki paid so much attention to detail and gave me what I would probably say is the best hair cut that I have ever had . Rarely do I leave a salon 100% happy but on this occasion I am definitely 100% happy and feel 10 years younger!

First time I’ve been for a haircut at the mill hill Hob branch. Had an excellent first experience. Lilly had such a calm and comforting manner about her. You could tell she was experienced and had great skill. This branch will now be my preferred Hob salon.
