Absolutely love my new hair cut ❤️

Always brilliant

Very happy with my hair stylist Hideshi with excellent cuts and very nice manners. Lady on cloakroom appears more relaxed welcoming and smiley which is nice. The reception
Cashier team does not do justice to the salon, no care warmth or smile. It has been like this for a long time and is a great shame as one should feel valued when arriving or paying a good amount of money for a cut.

As usual,everything faultless.I would never go anywhere else.After forty years it always feels like going home and meeting up with old friends. Thanks especially to Grace and Kiki for making me feel human again and thanks also to Bo for lending me his arm and Marie in the cloakroom who is always so kind and helpful.

This was my first time at the salon. Lesley was recommended to me by a friend. I have never had such a experience, she talked through every step explaining why she was cutting my hair the way she was. Lesley thank you and I will definitely be back.

Cetara was very professional and did exactly the root colour I wanted. She was very detail-oriented, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and took the time to ensure everything was perfect. I’m very happy with the result and would highly recommend her.

Kevin is a genius he doesn’t do ‘cookie cutter’ hair cuts but instead wants to create
something individual for each and every client..we are totally spoilt.
Aaron is such a wonderful colourist besides being one of the kindest people ever.
All the staff at John Frieda make me feel looked after and special.

Kevin has a rare talent for cutting hair .

It’s the utter loveliness of the people at John Frieda Aldford St, as well as their world class professionalism, that never fails to buoy me. They are like one huge family, so kind and welcoming. I can personally recommend the lovely Philippa (colour) Ronnie (colour) , Kumi (stylist), Aaron (colour), Sam (colour), Eugene (stylist), Cetera (colour) and Lauren on the front desk (angel) but everyone there is excellent.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years. Usually I see Kumi but as I came on a Monday I instead saw the lovely Lesley. It’s always a pleasure to visit, everyone from the reception team and juniors are welcoming and helpful. Today’s visit was no exception,. Lesley understood exactly what I wanted and I had a great cut and blow dry. People often comment on my hair and ask where I have it cut and I always recommend this salon - despite being a 4 hr round trip I’d never go anywhere else! Thank you

Arron is such an amazing colourist, I can only recommend him over and over again. He always creates the perfect style for my hair, making sure all details are perfect. A great professional.

I don’t know what I would have done without the brilliant expertise and talents of the team at John Freida. Each time I have had a haircut or hair colour I have absolutely loved it! It’s like I am addicted to the brilliance of the professionals there and their artistic ability to see what would suit the face shape and look. Never been disappointed. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The reception team always welcomes you with a smile.

After reading about the hairdresser Kevin at John Friedas Mayfair salon i have been having my hair cut by the wonderful Kevin for over 25;years,, as I got older my hair colour started to fade so Kevin recommended the colourist Cetera, she is a miracle worker. Ensuring my hair always looks glossy and natural. Thankyou both.

Kimi is s bery good hairdresser and her cuts keep their shape forever. The other staff at the salon are all very professional and everything is done with a minimum of fuss. The location is excellent for everything that makes Lomdon a great city. Mostly I lile Johm Frieda because the cit you het is always stylish and perfectly done
