I had a fabulous cut at John Frieda, from Nadia - who is great! She totally got what I wanted, was very mindful of my lifestyle and (in)ability to style my hair on my own, so very pragmatic in approach, but at the same time nailed my aspirations (I took a picture of Kylie for inspo lol) and gave me the perfect restyle. She's also really personable and fun. And I really liked the salon - it feels luxe but not intimidating, just very friendly and down to earth. I will be back!

I have been coming to John Frieda for over 40 years with Martin as my stylist . I always look forward to my visits for some Luxury and pampering. In all of those years I have never been into a salon that was festooned with dead flowers . Even the flowers in the toilet, were dead.It was truly shocking…. A dead flowers graveyard….. and for a salon of your calibre it is not what I expect to see and be surrounded by.. I am sure your other clients would agree. I was truly shocked and felt I had to draw it to the manager’s attention who sadly looked to blame the air conditioning. No flowers are better than dead Flowers. The rating below is for Martin and Bo who looked after me today and who, as always, gave me a wonderful experience.
