I introduced one of my closest friends to the salon and she is soooo happy with the result,
This was my first visit to your lovely salon and I wasn’t disappointed . As I arrived I was attended to by friendly faces at reception. Jake came over and introduced himself followed by Phillipa and I felt straight away I was in excellent hands. The colour and cut of my hair is exactly what I wanted I couldn’t be happier.
Great service from Kumi as always .
But a bit surprised by the increase in rates which has gone from £90 to £110 since last September which is a very large increase.
Zoe uses her in depth knowledge of middle aged hair,her emotional intelligence, and scissor techniques to keep us looking fine- from fame team to grand dame of uk hairdressing she's never let me down
I’ve been going to Cetera for highlights for over 10 years, and every time I leave the salon feeling amazing! She is incredibly talented, professional and always knows exactly what I want. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.
She is amazing - skilled, calm and efficient!
Excellent ambience amazing hospitality and very good hair cut
It was very enjoyable ! Felt pampered and looked after . And my stylist fully understood my hair type and gave me an excellent cut which is holding its shape !!
A visit to Lesley is totally therapeutic… I have been a client for more years than I care to remember, her approach is always precise, responsive and fresh…..
If it wasn’t for Sam whose expertise with colour I value I would not return. As I have my own particular way of styling my hair I only need what you call a “rough blow dry” which should be done automatically after shampooing. I should not have to beg for it - not a clever or respectful way to treat a regular customer. If this happens again I really won’t come back.

I had a fabulous cut at John Frieda, from Nadia - who is great! She totally got what I wanted, was very mindful of my lifestyle and (in)ability to style my hair on my own, so very pragmatic in approach, but at the same time nailed my aspirations (I took a picture of Kylie for inspo lol) and gave me the perfect restyle. She's also really personable and fun. And I really liked the salon - it feels luxe but not intimidating, just very friendly and down to earth. I will be back!
