Lovely haircut

Shabana is the perfect hairdresser, friendly, professional, impecable in her skills and such a pleasure to be around. I don’t even need to tell her what I want, she knows me so well that she gets it right every time. I trust her 100%. All the years she has been my hairdresser she has always done a superb job. She is a jewel, I would not consider ever changing hairdresser.

Cut was perfect - exactly as I had asked. The colour was not quite as planned but Paige could not have done more to rebook and tweak the shade for me. Really fabulous customer service throughout and I would recommend this team to anyone.

By far the best hair cut and blow dry I have ever received!! Danilo is very talented, he listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered with exceptional results.

Lele and Mohammad did a great job

First of all an Anazng shampoo from Sophie's colleague. Wow super relaxing he really does a great job. Then a brilliant cut and style. Sophie has a way with men's hair.! Highly recommended

Amazing haircut as always. A haircut that was put right by Mohammad who truly is a maestro and master of his art. I had initially gone to another salon. I tried my local hair salon for the first time as had an event to go to and it fell on a day I could not travel into London and have my usual stylist Mohammad who was also not working that day.

The haircut I received was not to the style and standard I expected. However Toni and Guy customer services were amazing and arranged a re-cut with Mohammad who fixed everything and I now have the haircut I wanted. Thank you!

I don't know the name of the stylists, but I didn't get much of the styling at all. Its the most basic and unstylish pixie cut I have got - I asked for feminine, classy pixie and got barber shop dude cut. feel really sad to have paid £60 for it when I could have gotten the same cut for £6.

Not going back and do not recommend. Very disappointed, when I particularly chose Tony and guy hoping that hair cut will look stylish :(

Orlando is excellent at his job.
He is very precise, attentive and provides good guidance as to what best to do/what products to use etc.
An extremely friendly and well run salon.

Walked in without an appointment and was seen straight away. The stylist was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job cutting my hair. The atmosphere was really happy and all the staff seem to get on well!

Shabana’s attention to detail and care is incredible! She always achieves the most beautiful colour that I get loads of compliments for. She is always welcomes me with a warm smile, even when I am very late for my app- which happens a lot. She always tries to fit me in and get my hair ready for my events . I cannot thank her enough for her care, attention to detail and warmth ! I would wholeheartedly recommend her to all my friends and family .

Ashley is the loveliest and most talented hairdresser I have come across! I have been seeing him for years, not only because he gives me the most modern and stylish haircuts that not only suit with my personality, but also my professional life , but also because of his wonderful sense of humour and great personality !

Very happy at the moment. I forked out for the chief stylist whose name, I am ashamed to say I don’t remember, and he listened to everything I said then he made suggestions. He’s the professional so I listened. I look forward to seeing what my fairly short hair looks like once I have washed it. Lovely atmosphere, unobtrusive and ok music, very good coffee. Next time I’m in London I will probably come back. I am very mean so although I gave 4 stars for value that just reflects my age. And 4 stars for results because I haven’t yet washed my hair. So the jury is out!

***** was not interested in really listening to what I wanted. Not at all receptive, I felt uneasy in making comments and in the end did not get anything like the cut I wanted or that I expected from this level of professional and paying this amount.
Did not come over to ask how I wanted my hair, when I arrived and I had to remind my colourist ( who should also have asked) that he hadn't seen my hair but this was after she had started colouring.When he came over, seemed a bit put out that I had asked for this.
The basic hair was cut very quickly and when I said that I hoped there would be a lot of chopping into the hair afterwards as I could see that it wasn't right, the response was yes although there really wasn't and in the end when I asked again for more shaping he said he would not take responsibility for a bad haircut!
I have had many haircuts , in various places, many many at T&G , with varying results, but this was a a poor experience. Very dismissive and the wrong attitude.

Given a different stylist to the one I had booked, not unduly bothered as first appointment and though all would be competent. Said I wanted visible layers throughout and no way did I want my hair to resemble a bob. Even showed her a few photos. The shortest layer is on my chin line and the longest about an inch longer. She said she could texturise but not cut. This felt like my hair was being pulled out. It was painful and did not give the effect I wanted. She then said she could not do anything else for me . She did not even show me the sides and back. I voiced my disappointment, another stylist ( I assume senior) asked me if he could look at it. I reluctantly agreed as did not want to leave looking as I did. His handling of my hair was totally different. He tidied it up but really I had already been in the salon for 1hr 40min and had expecting to be there less than an hour I I had had enough and was late for another appointment. I have no idea why I paid but at the time I did not want to argue and just wanted to get out.

Doesn’t speak good English, couldn’t understand what I wanted. Frankly I left salon looking a mess. I can do better at home myself.

on of the lady on reception did not seem to want to smile when i went to pay.
