Lele has been doing my highlights for a decade and today’s experience was as good as ever. Efficient, friendly, accommodating (I was quite late due to a last minute work emergency) and I love the outcome.

I also had Sadaf. Lele was trusted and came through yet again. He is always the best! My first experience with Sadaf, which was great as well. Very COVID friendly

Wigmore Street team is always very welcoming and warm. Lele is a fantastic technical director and you can be sure the result and colour will be great every time. I would highly recommend the team, they are my London go-to hair salon for sure!

The whole team is just amazing ! From Andra in reception, to the stylists themselves: Sophie, Mohammed, Lele ... the service at my salon has always been fantastic ! Super cool haircuts, appointment times given to suit my busy schedule, the extra care .. as I have a sensitive scalp .... feels like home :)

Lele is always professional, polite and makes a visit in difficult times a pleasure. He always does a beautiful job on my hair. All the staff at this salon are always great although the new receptionist could be a bit more polite! It's called customer service.

Mo knows what he’s doing! Spectacular cut and blow dry. He is extremely knowledgeable on all products and hair types and did a wonderful cut for me, highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and made such an effort with regard to hygiene. Not only that, my haircut was fantastic! I would definitely recommend.

Great to be back at Wigmore Street and to see everyone again and to get my hair cut and coloured professionally after 4 months of lockdown. Lele led the coiour service and, as always, it was first class. Mohammed cut my hair and provided an excellent cut even though this was the first time he had worked on my hair. Very happy with both professionals. I thought the standard of service, cleanliness and professionalism overall was excellent and made this first visit to the West End post lockdown much easier and more relaxing than I had expected. Kudos to Danielo too as Branch Manager. Very well done, guys!

Despite the additional health and safety measures, the experience I had today was a brilliant as always. It could have been completely clinical and alien but everyone made me feel at ease (particularly as I haven’t been into London since early February).

My first visit to this salon. I was greeted in a friendly manner and my stylist Sophie soon made me feel at ease for my first cut in 3.5 months! The team has implemented the new safety mechanism in a way that’s functional and unobtrusive. The execution of everything is proof that nothing can get in the way of professionalism and dedication. Well done and thank you. I feel human again!!
