My boyfriend found this place for me and I absolutely love it! It’s going to become my regular. They did a fantastic colour, cut and blow dry and the entire experience from when we entered to when we left was brilliant. Staff are lovely and listen to what you want.

The service levels I receive at Toni and Guy are outstanding. I’m made to feel special every time and that is unique. I have such trust in Colin and he always shows care and takes his time to create something which is a collaborative decision between customer and director. I always feel empowered leaving the salon and that is something not easy to achieve.

Last minute appointment booked with Shelley, not been to this salon before. Was extremely pleased with my cut and it is easy to recreate at home (just as i asked for). Shelley was lovely and made me feel at ease, I will definitely be returning and rebooking with her.

I have had so many bad experiences at other salons... today, Suzanne did my color- she listened intently to all the things I hate and explained solutions in a most beautifully simple way... I went to this salon for the first time this evening. It's always nerve wracking choosing a new salon, but I needn't have worried. Hair cut was excellent, stylist was friendly and professional, salon atmosphere was great. I'm sure I'll be back.

I’ve been a customer at this T&G for approx 10 years and the styling, colour ( always excellent result and lovely treatment by Suzanne) and service that I receive has been great. Colin and his team always make me feel very welcome, special and continuously strive to make the customer experience even better. I moved out of area recently but will continue to be a customer at this salon even with a 2 hour round trip!

I always ask for Shelley when I get my hair cut at Kingston. She shows an interest in me as a person and we always end up having a real giggle. It's almost a therapy session for me as I come out feeling a million dollars. I trust her absolutely with my hair and have never had a bad cut from her. Shes worth her weight in gold.

I have been going to Toni &Guy Kingston for many years, usually
On a weekly basis. Shelley my stylist is very nice indeed, and I am always very happy with my hair.

I've been using T&G in Sloane Sq London for over 20 years, and moved to Kingston recently- for me you get the experience and cut of a top London salon but locally- great guys & girls in there.

I was a little disappointed with the service to be honest... the stylist spent 2 mins asking me what I wanted ... didn’t bring much to the table and just went about cutting. I am not sure how the cut will look once I wash it myself but was just really impersonal for a hair salon. I was trying tony and guy out bc I am looking for a new hair dresser but I don’t think I will come back again.

I’ve just had a brilliant experience at Toni and Guy Kingston, all the staff were friendly and professional and Lucy who cut my hair really took her time and made sure it was all done properly, going back to re-shape my fringe.

Shelley is fab. Staff v friendly
