TONI&GUY Kensington opened in 1991 and has continued to flourish with success and creativity.

This multi-award winning team pride themselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client. Members of our specialist Colour team hold the L’Oreal Colour Degree - their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques to suit your style.

As a salon, we are dedicated to providing the ultimate salon experience and offer a wide range of additional services including salon experts who specialise in Bridal and Occasion hair, and the Keratin Hair Straightening Treatment by INOAR for frizz free, and manageable hair.

Our wide range of retail products includes label.m, Kerastase, and Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit. For any enquiries or to book an appointment please contact our friendly reception team who will be happy to help.

I really enjoy coming to the salon and have always had a good experience however I was quoted a price when I made the booking so I knew what I needed to pay and upon paying was charged an extra £20 for a toner which I hadn’t actually been told or asked about. If you’re going to need to use a toner and therefore charge more than the price quoted then you should ask permission - £20 is a lot of money! Otherwise I recommend that you include the toner in the overall price that is quoted. it did end the experience in a bit of disappointment as I felt I’d been cheated

Whilst I was happy enough with my colour and blow wave, I was absolutely shocked with the price. £215 was not at all what I expected! I booked for a part colour and blow wave and was offered s treatment - when I said “no thanks” to the Orlaplex due to time, it was suggested it be placed in the colour. At £35 I should have been advised. I also didn’t realize a part colour was separate to foils. In Australia, this service at TONI & Guy would be half the price and one-third at my normal hairdresser compared to what I was charged. I was truly shocked and disappointed. I had another blowave booked for Dublin but I will cancel this now. I am very, very disappointed that the price was not advised at the outset as I would have just had a blowave. Ladies were lovely and service was great - but the prices are exorbitant and should be confirmed at the outset. Up-selling should not come at such a shock to the customer!

Good haircut, however, as is often the case, my appointment was for 10.40 and Simone was still occupied with another client and some way from finishing. Perhaps it is just me but if I can be on time for an appointment then I expect the stylist to be as well. If that is not possible then leave a larger gap between appointments.
