TONI&GUY in Kensington

Well, once again and this getting boring ,a bloody great hair cut you lovely people.

I have been going to Toni & Guy throughout Europe most of my life. This haircut I got in Toni & Guy Kensington was the worst I ever got and probably won’t return to Toni & Guy branches in London. Both sides of my head aren’t equal, hairs sticking out from every side, have long hair sticking out of my crown which bounce when walking like a bird. Additionally the gentleman scoffed at me and made remarks when I told him what we was doing was not what I had originally told him. Rude, unfriendly and incompetent staff. Will never return! Don’t go here…

Phoebe, Kit, and the entire staff at the salon are amazing!! I keep coming back to this salon even though I live far away because they are all lovely people and amazingly good at their jobs! Phoebe is always kind, super professional, and makes me feel like a dear friend who is stopping by. The person who is responsible for your shampooing will give you a scalp massage that relaxes you no end and reinvigorates your hair.... From the moment you enter the salon to when you leave you are extremely well taken care of and you walk out of there with fabulous hair and a smile that comes from being around a team of super competent, professional, and caring people!!

I had brilliant Danja (Swiss) colour my hair for the first time. All the brassiness is gone and I have subtle fine highlights. Excellent value and super atmosphere in the salon.

All the staff are friendly and courteous, as usual, and Marcus always gives very good advice and excellent cut and dry.

Really lovely staff who were also very knowledgeable and efficient! I had a stylist called Sunlight who was brilliant at explaining curly hair and what she recommended to get the look I wanted. It was such a positive experience I will definitely be coming back.

Great experience! Felt same to go back to the salon.

My first time with Sunlight but she understood what I needed right away and gave me an excellent, meticulous cut and a very good blow dry.

Silje did an excellent job rising to the challenge after my long overdue visit to the salon, 1 year and 7 months to be precise! As usual I loved the end result, now I can re-enter civilisation with a gorgeous cut, no more lockdown hair for me!!! :)

Both Sali-Ann and Denise were, as always, fabulous. Great service; super friendly, I could not have asked for more.

First time here. I got a very bad layering, somenthing you really notice with very straight hair as mine. But unfortunately I realised it only afterwards. Nice blow dry and finish with volume waves (which covered temporarily the really bad layering...).

As ever Marcus cut my hair with a great deal of care snd attention to detail and I am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend him to my friends.

It was our first time back after lockdown and we not have felt safer! PPE available, masks. Harriet as usual was kind and wonderful with, their hair was so out of shape and they look beautiful and ready for school!

She is wonderful. Attentive, caring, and the haircut looks great. We had amazing service today.

Harriet who cut my hair was very pleasant as were all the other members of staff that I came into contact with during my visits. Overall service very good. Big shout out to Ben, front of house. Would recommend this salon.

I am so happy with my pixie haircut, it was like watching an artist at work the way Kit was cutting my hair! He really took his time and my hair is beautifully shaped without a hair out of place and it looks very chic. I’ve received lots of compliments even from my daughters, who have never forgiven me for starting to go short a few years ago.

This was my first experience of attending the salon, with my girls and I honestly couldn’t of asked for a better service. From the minute we stepped through the door we were greeted warmly, we then had a pleasant and thorough consultation with the wonderful Kit who is so kind, and patient he took the time to listen to our needs and what we wanted to achieve. Kit has cut and blow dried my girls’ hair to perfection so much so I came back to have my own hair done with Kit!! I couldn’t of asked for a more wonderful experience and Kit is highly recommended. I will most DEFINITELY be coming back!

Yesterday 13/7/20 m’y daughter who is 8 and I came for hair cut at 16:00.
The girls were so sweet and so professional. The beautiful stylist which unfortunately I forgot her name, did an amazing job with my daughter! She treat her like a queen!
And then I had my hair done! And Harriet was so good!
And when it came to payment they said I didn’t have to pay as I am a nurse in charingcross hospital!
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that! I have been coming to the salon for years! And everyone in this salon is just so great!

I've been going to Toni & Guy Kensington since '05 and Marcus has been looking after me for at least a decade. Normally, I'm there every 5/6 weeks, but due to the current pandemic I hadn't been since Feb. A hedgetrimmer is what it seemed I needed, but Marcus worked his magic as usual.
The salon is following the guidelines, making it a clean and safe environment. I had no qualms whilst there for my visit, and still managed to get a decent chat in, despite the facemasks.

Once again Sallie-Ann did a fab job. I love my colour!!
