TONI&GUY Gloucester Road

I usually visit the ********* branch but chose to book at Gloucester Road as it's closer to home. Unfortunately the experience was not a good one, unlike my previous experiences at a different branch. Greeting staff very friendly but the hairdresser came across cold, unfriendly, disinterested in what I wanted for my hair. This translated to a very rapid experience in which my hair was cut not to the length I asked, blow dried to no particular style (neither straight nor wavy..just rather messy) and not even the time taken to show me the cut at the back with a mirror. I was left wondering what I had paid for (£62 ''senior stylist") and disappointed with the service. I will not be visiting this branch again.

Excellent because Antonio is the best.

The salon is clean and bright and the staff very friendly. Antonio cuts my hair beautifully and couldn't ask for anything more .

Superb, painstaking cut by Antonio with much attention to detail. A great listener, with interesting suggestions for improvement. It's a lovely, bright spacious salon with exceptional tea and coffee. I looked and felt ten years younger when I left. Who could ask for more?

Great Stylist and atmosphere

I can only recommend professionals working there. Excellent coloring and hair cuts. Especially thank you for my hair stylist Suzy who is leaving, she will be missed.

I went in to get half head of highlights done as my hair was in a terrible state. They done thier magic and I left the salon feeling so happy and satisfied with not only my hair (which was amazing!) but for the service too. Thanks again!

I love this salon, great atmosphere, clean and bright. I am absolutely delighted with Suzie who cuts my hair so beautifully and all the lovely staff from reception to hair wash with a wonderful head massage, everything is done with so well. A big thank you. Beverley
