The Gloucester Road salon team are excellent. After being greeted with big smiles from the reception team I was then offered a beverage and given a selection of magazines.
I saw Valerio and must say he is amazing. He is such a fun loving energetic character and always kept me laughing.
I was extremely happy after leaving the salon. I will definitely be recommending.

I was super impressed with my first visit. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. India did a great job cutting my hair, she not only listened to what I wanted but also had some great ideas to suit my hair type.
I will definitely be back!

Antonio's exceptional skill in cutting my hair made me look ten years younger when I left. Layered, thinned out at the sides, and painstakingly following my wishes, this should see me happily through the next few weeks. Oh, and there was a complimentary Baileys iced coffee. It's always a pleasure visiting the light and airy Gloucester Road salon.

India is a fab stylist. I'm very pleased with the haircut that I received very recently and India is a pleasure to chat with.

As I've mentioned in previous reviews I use T&G Glos Rd all the time despite living in Surrey.

Just had my hair coloured by a young Italian chap who's name I've forgotten (sorry) and he did an excellent job.

From management through to the trainees you get a super end result.

No hesitation recommending this salon.

What can I say... the man is magic ! Valerio gave me an absolutely incredible blow dry before a big event.. I even cancelled my at home stylist to visit him again before a wedding. he was creative, patient, and very skilled. Valerio and the entire team took extra time to make sure I was happy with the results. I received so many compliments and the blow dry lasted for days. Make sure to see Valerio for a dream blow dry !

I've been coming to the Gloucester Road salon the past eight years now, always having appointments with Dan. The friendly service, clean salon, right level of pleasant background music playing and convienient location being part of the reason. The main pull to go back time and time again and what made me a loyal customer, is the fact that I've NEVER had a bad cut and ALWAYS love how my hair looks and feels when I walk out, often receiving huge compliments. A big thank you to Dan and the salon, keep up the good work!

This may be part of a big chain but it never feels like it. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly, tea is served in a proper pot, magazines are great. Not going to tell you the name of my brilliant stylist or he might get too busy. What's more they show you the products but never hassle.

I had Jorgie for the first time as a colourist at theT&G on Gloucester Rd, SW7 and she was fab! Highly recommend.

For some time now I have been going to this branch of T&G, simply because it is literally round the corner from where I live.
I have my hair very well cut by Antony every 6weeks, he is pleasant, and I am happy to let him get on with cutting my hair while I snooze!
I trust him to give me a stylish hairstyle, as he has learned the way my hair grows and how I like it over time. I always leave pleased with my new hair cut, but only wish it was less costly.

An excellent service throughout. Would recommend this salon. Georgie was superb; all staff were promt and professional. I was well looked after and consulted with on my styling decisions.

A great salon, always clean, friendly, great service professional. A good local place. Great stylist especially Dan the manager there, such a nice guy, great at what he does and so sweet. Him and other stylists always going the extra mile to make sure you're happy and try to deliver the best they can. Credit to them and their hard work :)

Today I went to Tony and Guy Gloucester Road and i had the best hair wash experience I have ever had in my life ! And trust me when I say I have had many. I get my hair wash and blow dried almost every week. I have never had one like this. The girl who did my hair Constanza is from Italia and she was amazing! Very nice and listened to exactly what I wanted. I needed to get a colour correction and she helped me achieve the right colour for my skin tone! All in all a wonderful experience.

Had very good experience with Gemma and the rest of the team. Attentive, friendly and competent. Raccomend!

Love this salon, I've been going for years and they do an amazing job every time! I try to book Georgie for highlights and India for styling/cutting but they are all great. And the Eden Skin Clinic is amazing.

The cut was excellent, I'm very pleased with the result, and the overall experience of that salon was first class. The team there are very professional, very client focused, and friendly and approachable.

Antonio is a great stylist and always takes the time to make sure you are happy with your hair cut. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I always get my hair cut at T&G Gloucester Road simply for the fact that as soon as you walk in through the door, you are warmly welcomed and attended to straight away. The front of house staff can't do enough to help you! I had my hair cut by Antonio today, as I always do, who is always attentive to what I want and always looks after my hair exceptionally well. After leaving the salon, I always feel that I've been very well looked after and would recommend the salon very highly.

I first discovered Toni & Guy as a student back in 2010. I tried several stylists from several west London salons. I then had a cut from Dan in 2011 and suffice to say, he has been the best stylist I've ever had and I've been a loyal client of his for 6 years. It's been great watching him grow from stylist to Manager of Gloucester Road. I can definitely sense a calmer atmosphere recently and it's generally a much more pleasant place to have a cut (not that it wasn't before but it was always quite angsty a few years back). 5 stars from me. And I wish Dan all the best with his future career, I think he is fantastic.

Valerio is the BEST!

I have been to this Salon for almost 9 years . 2 of my regular stylist has moved on before Christmas and I was unite nervous of meeting the new stylist/colourist. Of course , it didn't run as smoothly, my hair coloir were patchy on same places , but I understand sometime this thing happened . They were booked me in the next day to have it corrected and gave me a compliment professional blow dry. I m happy and pleased with the outcome and reassured to continued Come back.

The Toni & Guy branch on Gloucester Road is my preferred salon as not only are the staff very qualified and very accommodating, but also they are efficient. I had highlights from one of the new staff and am so pleased with the result.

It's well managed and maintained perfectly.

The receptionists are very patient with me as i travel from Surrey and am often held up in traffic.

All the staff i've worked with over the years are professional and talented. Never any variation in results - i'm always pleased when I leave.

Convenient location with tonnes of parking nearby.

The current team of colour experts are excellent as are their junior support folk - I cannot recommend this salon enough.

I have been iin Gloucester Road branch. It was my first time in that place (not in Tony&Guy).

Antonio was amazing. Very kind service, he heartd every word that I said before to cut my hair. Incredible technique and I cam make sure I will be back just because him.

The only dissapointing was when I went to pay. Antonio told me that he was Stylist (£52 x men) but I had to pay £57 because I was informed that he was wrong, he is Director stylist, something like that. :(

The team here are fantastic! They're so hospitable, relatable and friendly, whilst also maintaining that level of profesionalism that Tony and Guy are known for. Valerio is superb!!! I always enjoy getting my hair done at Tony and Guy, Gloucester Road.
